We frequent the diner. Food is always good. There is definitely not enough seating and it always takes forever to get your food. Food is always good though… hopefully service will get faster and I know they are expanding into the next building so maybe that will solve the seating issue.

Not very clean, the food is nasty and cold, the staff are rude and have very nasty attitudes. The ice cream looks like it has been there for years. Employees taking other employees tables and money. Waste of time for sure.

My first and only experience at Hillview diner was a complete and total disappointment! I stood at the door after entering the restaurant for 10 minutes, no one acknowledged my presence at all! There were dirty tables that they made no attempt to clean at all for me. As I said my first last and only experience at Hillview! I will not return and I had five guest meeting me up there, guess they don’t need the business!

I really wanted to like this place, since it is a new small business in the area in which my family lives. However, the service is poor, we did not receive all of our food, and when this was brought up — the reply was «she didn’t get her cornbread and she’s mad.» The food was decent, but we will not be back.
