I won a free month’s membership here as a door prize at an American Heart Association event. It’s the luckiest I’ve ever been. I took full advantage of my prize and went three times a week to the 6 a.m. class for four weeks. Their classes are hour-long, full-body workouts focusing on machine-based cardio, core and free weights. None of the 12 classes I attended were ever the same. I loved them! I saw amazing benefits without changing anything else about my lifestyle. All of the instructors were knowledgeable and encouraging without acting too much like drill sergeants.
