Gamestop

This GameStop is the one closest to my house, so we usually wind up here when we are shopping for games, consuls or accessories. Today, my wife and I went in to renew our rewards membership, and to buy anniversary presents for each other. Over the course of the sale, we wound up purchasing a little more than we planned on, but it was for a special occasion. When we got home, and were setting up, we found that some of the promised items were not included with the purchase.
So, I went back into the store, explained the situation and GameStop totally took care of us. Today was one of those rare instances of quality customer service.
So, props to everyone and GameStop on 7^th Street. You guys rock! Sometimes, when situations like this, people get defensive or cranky and or start throwing around attitude. That never happened for them. Top shelf, fantastic customer service today. Thank you!
