I was there on Friday October 10th for Q Fest country music concert, the musicians were great but the lines at the concession counters were very long and slow. The Kentucky State Fair Board has a contract with a company called Centerplate. Centerplate operates in a very sub-​standard manner. Not enough staff serving the food and drinks. They should set up stands that sell just beer, its not rocket science. Mixing bourbon and Coke slows everything down. We pay too much for such terrible service.

I was pleasantly surprised not only with the size of this venue but also with its location and the amount of available parking. I would definitely recommend this for anyone who wants to attend a large scale training function, concert, or sporting event.

Saw a rodeo here, not a bad seat in the house.
Nice mid sized arena. My biggest knock is a horrifc concession stand set-​up, very long lines.

Great venue for major events and conferences. We attend LTD/​Amway events multiple times a year here. They can hold up to 20,000 people or so. However, the food is edible at best which is to be expected at a venue such as this.
