Food was not that great. I ordered the New York steak for about $ 13 in the steak came in paper thin with some gravy on top. this is the worst steak I have ever eaten. it is this is 2 stars at best could be less.

Small miso soup(and another small soup), spicy tuna, California and flavor special. $ 24. Fresh rolls, soup was steaming, good prices, great service and sweet atmosphere. Would be interested in trying a lunch special.

I took my fiancé out on an impromptu dinner out after an event. We saw this place on Unilocal and the prices definitely met our pre-wedding budget. The food quality surprised me in a very positive way. The sushi was very tasty. The prices on regular rolls are between $ 3 and $ 6 bucks which is nearly unbeatable outside of happy hour at some other places. We each got a bowl of soup, she got Miso and I went with Tom Yum, and the portions were huge and only for $ 3 dollars. If you want a place with good food that won’t break the wallet, definitely make the trip.

This small restaurant was a very pleasant surprise! My first impression was how clean it is. it was during the Christmas holiday and the place was very pleasantly decorated My friend and I were impressed with the food. We chose from the Thai menu and everything was excellent. it was reasonably priced and the service couldn’t have been more attentive. Great little place!

I absolutely love this place. Owners are super nice, food is amazing. I will tell you though I had misgivings at first. The name made me laugh so I avoided it. Judging a book by it’s cover basically. When I finally decided to take a chance I was amazed. The food was delish. Service is great. They use no MSG. There are so many Asian restaurants up and down Dixie that aren’t worth the gas it takes to get there. Flavor of flavor isn’t one of those places.

Worst food I’ve ever eaten in my life. Actually, I didn’t even eat it. The sushi was at most gas station quality. The salad was OK but their main entrees triggered my gag reflexes and it was the same way for the other 6 people I was with. McDonalds would have been a safer bet.

What I like a lot about this place is the price. For as low as $ 7, you can get a bowl of miso soup, a salad, and an entrée! And for that price, the food is actually pretty good! I definitely want to come back to try all the food on the menu since it’s so affordable and also very close to my house :). Even though it’s a small restaurant, it’s very nice inside! Very clean, too! I’m so very happy to find this nice place with good food I can dine without paying big buck for it.

Went here for lunch today and it was great all around. The employees were very pleasant and the food was great and quick! I got the Pad Thai lunch special and it was delish :-). I loved that the side salad had nice green lettuce instead of iceberg! I will definitely be back!

Legit AF! I had the Pad Thai(pedestrian, I know) because that’s what I was craving and I gotta say it was the best I’ve had in Louisville. The taste was amazing and had that made from scratch element to it. Very obvious that no bullsh*t from a bottle flavored this dish. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well. Highly recommended for anyone living on that side of town.

The menu offers a large selection of appetizers, soups, salads, rolls, noodles, and fried rice. Prices range from $ 1.50(sushi/sashimi) to $ 13.95(combination dishes). The best deal is from 11 a.m. — 3 p.m. Monday to Friday where you find a large selection of Chinese lunch($ 6.95), Sushi lunch(two rolls $ 6.95, 3 rolls $ 8.95, and Thai lunch $ 6.95, and Japanese lunch box($ 7.95). The portions are huge and they come with a changing soup menu and delicious green salad with ginger sauce. For an extra deal, mention the a 20% off discount on dine-in dinner, free meal for dine-in over $ 30, or free 8 pieces mini roll for any purchase over $ 30. This place is keeper for me because it offers delicious sit-down qualify food at fast food prices. Most restaurants that offer a wide selection of Asian foods tend to slant their flavors towards one ethnicity over the other. Here, however, the food are distinctive enough to have an enjoyable experience for whatever Asian food you crave at the moment. The menu is so large, you can keep coming back for a new experience each time. An extra star for the value!

Went there for lunch today with my boyfriend and we were both very satisfied. We shared the 3 sushi roll lunch special and chicken and asparagus. The amount of food was much more than we were expecting for lunch. Each entre even camp with soup and salad! We really liked the shrimp kani tempora roll. Atmosphere was nice and clean. Definitely csnt complain about the price and the amount of food you get. The service was great. The waitress was very friendly. We will definitely be coming back to try other things.

We tried this new restaurant recently for dinner take-out because of the positive online reviews. The portions are indeed generous and the food we had was delicious. I had veggie Pad Thai and my dh had General Tso’s chicken which was tender and flavorful, and the sauce was beautiful. We also ordered the mini rolls which came with a handmade, NOTBOTTLED!, sweet and sour sauce, yum. We’d like to try dining in at some point as the interior has been refurbished, so says the other reviews, but we were disappointed to find it’s closed on Saturdays. That would seem to be the best weekend night to be open, but I’m sure they have their reasons. ANYWAY, give it a try, you’ll really enjoy it!

What a surprising addition to Shively! After reading the reviews, I had to try them. WOW. Not disappointed. Large menu without getting jumbled. Service was fabulous, but I must admit it was not crowded when I was there. My only complaint… the General tsao Chicken is NOT what you normally expect from a Chinese restaurant. It was bland and virtually no sauce at all. Otherwise it was a very enjoyable meal. Come on Shively and PRP lets keep them in business so they can work out any kinks. There’s nothing like it in this area.

This place looks a little shady on the outside, but give it a chance! Very nice family run business with a great staff. We liked our roll(rainbow) and the pad Thai was solid. Note — they do not serve any kind of beer/wine/alcohol

First lunch trip today. $ 6.95 brought a soup, salad and a full sized entrée. Seriously, why drive through for a burger, fries & drink for the same price when you can eat –real– food with favors besides salt & grease? Plus, I don’t feel bad about what I ate. Double bonus! Hot & Sour soup Field greens salad w house made ginger dressing Panang Curry w Chicken So good!

This place has the best Pad Thai I’ve found since moving here. It’s got some sweetness, like my favorite places in California! I also tried some sushi and it was fresh and good. I’ll definitely be coming back.

My family heard about this new restaurant and decided to go check it out. The location is not ideal but the food is soooo good. You usually think that a restaurant with Chinese, Thai, and sushi would fail in one of these areas. But we had some Chinese food, beef and asparagus, some Pad Thai, and sushi. The price is no different than a normal sit down restaurant but the food is superb. I’m so glad we didn’t judge this place based on location and were able to enjoy this gem in shively. I’ll be back.

Under new management. I believe they opened a week ago. Lots of choices on the menu: Chinese, Thai and Japanese. Husband went for the sushi and I went for the beef rice noodle. Everything was delicious. I’ve always been told the beef flat rice noodle was the hardest to make. Theirs was flavorful. Each noodle was perfectly coated with the sauce. I can’t wait to try all the other dishes ! It’s hard to find authentic Asian food in Louisville especially in this neighbors so I am excited about the new addition. Atmosphere is clean and inviting. Definitely a great place to eat in. Not your typical call and pick up to go place.
