As a first time patient, I really appreciated the guidance and kindness from all the front desk staff, the dental hygienist Hannah, and Dr. Zanger. Check-in was easy and the waiting room was clean, pretty, and quiet. When Hannah came to get me from the waiting room she was very friendly and greeted me with a huge smile. We went straight to the X-ray area, and then right over to the chair so she could begin the exam and cleaning. Hannah was very thorough and did a fantastic job. She’s obviously skilled in her trade. Once the cleaning part was complete, Dr. Zanger came over to talk to me, go over the X-rays, and to do another exam on my teeth. What a nice man. He took the time to explain everything to me which was definitely welcomed considering I’m not a fan of going to the dentist. AT. ALL. I can’t lie though, I sure love the way my teeth feel after a good cleaning. Ahhhhhhh! I would say the only negative part about the visit/office would be their open layout. The X-ray area was wide open and the teeth cleaning stations weren’t in an enclosed room. They were however separated by several partitions. Idk? Maybe I’m weird, but when I’m drooling on myself and stuff is being sucked out of my mouth, I like a lot of privacy. LOL!
