If you’re going to mail a new prescription into Express Scripts, be sure to give at least 1 full month to receive your order. At present time, new prescriptions do not even start to get processed until 10 – 14 days after they’ve been received. Then you need allow another 2 weeks for processing and shipping. This company used to be called Medco until Express Scripts name came along. Ever since then service has spiraled down hill from very good to extremely poor. Very disappointing as they used to provide such a reliable and consistent service.

I was actually enjoying this service for a while. The last time I called in for a refill I was lead to believe by the automated message that it was on its way as usual, but it never came. I finally figured out on my own that this was caused by a change in my insurance policy. I wish someone from the company would have notified me that the meds weren’t coming until I sorted out the insurance issue. Because of the lack of communication, I ran out of meds which caused me drowsiness and mood swings, in turn affecting my work performance. I could have just gotten it at Costco the next day and not had all of these problems, which is why I am now switching over to them.

This is a horrible provider. Twice now, they have arbitrarily changed my prescription to a reduced quantity. They claim it’s because my doctor has not filed the necessary prior authorization form, even though my account says I have an active authorization on file to 2018. When I call their«customer service» line, they tell me that I need an additional authorization but miraculously, that info is not displayed on my account. They arbitrarily reduce your order so they can get paid for every scrip, which creates additional co-pays for you and me. If you deal with a real pharmacy, you have the chance to get things corrected if there is an error. Not so with this gang of crooks. Unless you absolutely have to get your meds from these crooks, I would try to avoid them like the plague. I think I’m just going to suck up a higher co-pay and deal with a real pharmacy. Crooks crooks crooks.

This is a new mail order subscription pharmacy for Etna health insurance. We did not ask for thi pharmacy, they were shoved on us, and we were perfectly happy with medco, our previous mail prescription supplier. This is the slowest pharmacy service we have ever used in the 30 years we have been using mail in services. I have completely run out of one of my major prescriptions, that I have to take twice a day, and these idiots cant even come up with a good excuse of why they cant get me my pills. I have now sent 2 emails and 1 phone call and I’m getting nothing but excuses and they are all bull-sh*#. I will get my doctor to just send my next prescription to Walgreen’s from now on and I’ll gladly pay full price to keep from going through this crap again. These hillbillies need to leave the moonshine for after work not during. If you ever get a choice and one of them is the express scripts don’t fall for the express name, it should be turtle scripts. I could go on forever but I better quit while I’m still just beneath the boiling point.
