The availability and customer service is great. I can make appointments ahead and reschedule if I’m not ready yet or something comes up with my hectic schedule! Wouldn’t go anywhere else. They do the best wax job!

Easy and quick. One can’t normally say that about getting parts unseen waxed. The hard wax that they use is much gentler on my business than the wax strips that I get at other places.
The place is antiseptically clean. From the floors to the ceiling to the door. Everything. Seeing as I am revealing parts of myself that even my doctor doesn’t see, this is comforting.
I cannot post a picture of the work that they completed that I am the most proud of; however, I can tell you that it is as clean as their facility.
Additionally, parts of me are not stuck together in a very discomforting way. For those of you who are going to get treatments similar to what I have had done you are quite familiar with that feeling.
To that end, the wax was the correct temperature. Nothing on me was burned.
Four stars only because I didn’t have a blanket. And, as my daughter will tell you, I am a bitch.

The girl who does my waxing is great! Her name is Dear so if you guys need someone, do ask for her! She is very professional and does a great job. Definitely made sure that you’re happy with her work before she lets you go.

This is the place to go for waxing. I strongly recommend everyone go here should they decide they prefer waxing instead of shaving (and who doesn’t). Maira is amazing & I highly recommend that if you haven’t gone to EWC yet, you book with Maira. She is very professional, expert in her work & provides a quick & painless service.

Learned about EWC during a brief stay in South Florida. Afterwards, I moved to Louisville and needed a reasonably priced location to get my waxing done. Shaving is not convenient for me because my skin is super sensitive. I also prefer hard wax because it’s what I am used to from my previous waxing center and seems a little less harsh.
Honestly, I’m not in love with the service or the specialists at EWC. I’m paying $$$ for the service and I don’t want to have to use a tweezer when I get home or find missed areas. Nevertheless, the specialists are professional and they are always able to fit me into the schedule on short notice. They will also fix any problems you discover within 24 hours of your service — which shows they want to satisfy their customers. Unfortunately, there seems to be a quick turnover in staff which is not a good sign of the management or practices or employee selection. Either way, they’re doable for now and they actually offer some decent specials occasionally. Pick your battles.

My wax took over a half hour (my usual girl at Elements does it perfectly in 10 minutes flat) and the end result was horrific. Not only did drawing it out make it that much more painful, but I ended up having to go home and tweeze for another 20 minutes because of everything that was missed. I won’t be going back.

I’ve used EWC for 5+ years in both Kentucky and Florida. You can’t go wrong with these guys!
They can always find time in the schedule for you and it’s quick and painless as waxing can be.
The specialists are always professional and often become my good friends. You can’t beat that!
