Awesome food! Best Eggs Benedict in town and everything is homemade. Awesome service! A must try local breakfast spot!

Finally got a chance to try Breakfast here on a recent Saturday morning and everything was great! Nice, small, but inviting, dining space with several seats around the corner bar. We walked right in as a table cleared and got seated immediately(not bad for 9:00 am on a Saturday)! We ordered coffee as we looked over the menu and I decided on the Everything breakfast which was 2 eggs, bacon and sausage, toast, a pancake and choice of one side(I chose hash brown casserole but added a side of the White Cheddar Weisenberger Grits). My wife ordered the Steel Cut Oatmeal with fresh fruit with an added pancake! Everything was cooked perfectly, brought out very quickly, just great with all the little touches(like their home made jellies)! I will be back very soon to try the Biscuit & Gravy, Country Benedict, an Omelet, Breakfast Burger and/or the Breakfast Burrito(well probably better make a few more visits)!!!

Eggs Florentine — every time! This place is great. It’s pretty small and there is usually a wait but the staff is super friendly and fast. I usually splurge on the hashbrown casserole as a side over he fruit, but the cheese grits are also really yummy.

Stopped in for brunch for the first time on a Sunday. The place is small, so there was a wait, but only about ten minutes. Typical breakfast fare, and a few lunch items. I had a club sandwich with a side of fruit and a side of grits. The sandwich was excellent, and the aioli spread was really flavorful but not too much. The fruit was fresh looking and was actually quite flavorful, which is a nice surprise because a lot of times restaurant fruit is often tasteless. The grits were good consistency, but needed more seasoning or spice, for my liking. Unfortunately, they use my least favorite cups, the red and blue plastic pepsi/coke cups… I hate them, so my beverage experience suffered, that might not be as big of a deal to some of you, but to me, beverage experience is just as important as food/service experience. The best part of the whole experience was that during our wait out front(it was a super nice day), there is a Heine Bros. coffee shop(which I’m a fan of) directly next door, so we got coffee while we waited!

I’m surprised at how busy this place is. The food was alright. I ordered a breakfast burrito that was the SMALLEST burrito ever! I probably won’t be back here. But if you’re able to go when it’s not busy and try something other than the burrito it might be worth a shot.

This is one of my favorite breakfast places in town. The food and atmosphere are great. Each table has a unique set of salt and pepper shakers, and all the coffee mugs are unique.

I really enjoyed this small breakfast spot! It’s very home-like with a country feel. My nephew and I stopped in one morning for breakfast. Since it was our first time, I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to seat ourselves. We did and the service was wonderful. The food was very good. Something you would expect out of your grandmother’s kitchen. The atmosphere was welcoming as well. I really liked how the coffee mugs were different also. I had a mug from Florida. I had the eggs Benedict and Jayce had Eggs in a Hole. We both enjoyed our meals. We both got grits also. I couldn’t finish everything. It was very filling! I will be returning for sure!

Eggs over Frankfort is such a special brunch spot, I had a hard time picking what to order everything looked and sounded great! It’s a small spot so you may have to wait a little while for a table, but well worth it! We went on Sunday for brunch so I’m sure that’s a busier time for them. All of our friends got something different and it all looked great! our waitress was very speedy and I definitely want to come back again!

Some friends and I went to Eggs Over Frankfort for brunch this Sunday and we all left raving about our food! We got EOF around 10 and told it would be a 25 minute wait, which we were fine with(we hit up Heine Bros next door for a cup of joe while waiting) — however our wait ended up being an hour. There is no paging system to let you know when your table is ready, or much room to wait inside the restaurant, so I ended up walking back & forth between EOF and Heine Bros a few times to check the wait time before we were seated. We should have looked over the menu while we were waiting because all of the breakfast and lunch options sounded delicious! I ordered 2 scrambled eggs, cheese grits, and a biscuit(that turned out to be the size of my hand). Everything was so tasty and well priced(I think my total was about $ 7.00) Definitely recommend Eggs Over Frankfort for breakfast/brunch/lunch– get there early or be ready to wait! It is a pretty small restaurant and there aren’t many tables– but the food is so worth it.

I am addicted to the Eggs Benedict, I work third shift and usually go in right as they open so its usually myslef and maybe one other table so the service is always spot on, very nice people,(I think the weekends are crowded) everything tastes fresh and homemade. Reasonably priced.

I love this place! The food is fabulous and the staff are super friendly and efficient. It’s a small place, only 8 tables that each seat 4, one table that seats 6 – 7, plus a bar that seats 6. But it’s a great part of town, so while you wait you can walk around to nearby shops, or grab a cup of coffee right next door at Heine Bro’s. The food is delicious! I usually have the Eggs Benedict and White Cheddar Weisenberger Grits, all of which I love. I’ve also had their pancakes, biscuits & gravy, and granola… all absolutely scrumptious! Today I ordered the Eggs Florentine; it was excellent. In a nutshell, I highly recommend this place! :)

Simplemente delicioso!

Much better this time! The service was polite and quick and the food was delicious. A stark contrast to the time before. Perhaps that was just a bad day? I don’t know, but I would come again to try it out.

I’m writing this review from what I’ve seen and heard at/of this place. Let me tell ya, it’s not worth your time. I’ve seen people get so unbelievably mad at how slow and rude the service is here. I didn’t really think much of the rumors till I went in there one day and it took five minutes to explain to the girl behind the counter that I wanted to use their phone… Yea. All I wanted to do was to use the phone because my phone was dead then she goes into a story about how they don’t have charging cables…

Maybe I am too picky when it comes to brunch, but I was underwhelmed with EOF. Everything was just mediocre that I can’t even remember what I had and this was just 2 days ago. I know I had the coffee, which was just«meh.» Nothing exciting about the coffee. I ordered some main meal. Clearly it was so «meh» I don’t even remember what it was. And I had the cheese grits b/c I was told they were good. They were not good. They were also«meh.» So the long and the short of it is: I have had better coffee. I have had better grits. And I must have had better«whatever my main dish was». This place could step up its game and really give other brunch places a run for their money OR they could go for the mom and pop style, greasy-spoon if they lowered the prices.

After finding that the brunch place we planned on going to was closed on Sundays, my friend and I decided to give Eggs Over Frankfort a shot. We were a bit indimitated by all of the people queuing up outside waiting for a table but quickly found two seats at the bar. I’ve been hesitant to try Eggs over Frankfort because of the not-so-sparkling reviews it has accumulated but I definitely stand corrected. The prices were very reasonable and the menu selection was familiar without being boring! We got our food fairly quickly considering how busy they were. I ordered the Eggs Benedict with a side of cheesy grits. The eggs were cooked perfectly and well seasoned but the grits stole the show for me! They were cheesy and salty and creamy all mixed into a perfect yumminess. All in all, Eggs Over Frankfort had a very homey and comfortable feel about it. The food was the familiar brunch selection with a twist!

Hate to do this to a local establishment, but Eggs sucks eggs. * The food is average. Very average breakfast type food. I honestly prefer Cracker Barrel or Waffle House. * The service is *PAINFULLY* slow. You wait forever to sit, then wait forever for someone to take your order, and then wait forever for your food to come. If your order isn’t right, don’t bother asking for it to be corrected. It will take 600 years. As someone else mentioned, they looked around and only one table had food. I did the same and noticed the same. * The price wasn’t bad, I guess. I’d honestly pay more for better food and quicker service. The one thing Eggs has going for it — it is nice in there. That’s it. That’s the list. Go anywhere else for your breakfast. Unless you like bland food and unusually long waits.

This is the best breakfast I’ve had, from a restaurant, in a long time! It’s not a large place and there was a bit of a wait, but it ended up being well worth it! I got the biscuits and gravy and, let me tell you, the gravy was better than my Momma’s!(Don’t tell her, though!) It was thick and flavorful and they didn’t skimp on it, either! The biscuits were fluffy and filling and delicious, as well! I also ordered a cinnamon roll… Holy cow. Let me pull a Kanye here and say that Eggs Over Frankfort have the best cinnamon roll, of all time… OFALLTIME! It was gooey and cinnamon-y and amaaaazing! The cream cheese frosting was just another reason why I will be going back here! Don’t waste any more time reading this review, just go down there and see for yourself!!!
