Domino’s Pizza

As Pizza goes, it’s dominos. The new recipe crusts are better, and the pasta options are really great for my family who sometimes get pizza’d out. Where these guys really hit it out of the park is the execution. We have ordered 15+ times in last year. They not only get it right, It arrives at our house so hot we have to let it cool for a minute to eat it. Just like eating in. The website/​pizza app is head and shoulders better than the other chains, and we actually do watch the real time status to know when to head upstairs to wait by the door. There was once an issue with our order. The driver had left without one of our drinks. The manager called me (on an online order), before the delivery guy arrived. He apologized, and not only sent someone back out with a 2 liter, but comped me a free pizza. I had forgotten this, and a year later when calling in; the rep reminded me and took it off the total. Of note, it’s never taken us more than 30 mins for our order. Even on Fridays. Or game day. That’s pretty epic. Keep it up guys.

Carry out and delivery service are always great. Love the thin and Brooklyn crust and the Pacific veggie, but especially the Spinach and Feta artisan.
