Derby City Dogs

you gotta be kidding. Microwaved hot dogs.

What was the best part of my weekend? Why thanks for asking. I would have to say it was Saturday night when after a few hours of pounding beers I decided to walk the Bardstown Rd. Trail to Derby City Dogs then to Wild and Woolly. My wagon wheel did not break. No one got cholera — but we did get delicious dogs and some free entertainment to boot.
I had the Polish Sausage with sauerkraut, onions, a pickle and mustard.
My companions ordered… something. Who the hell knows when it’s late and a hotdog is needed to keep the beer demons at bay. The sausage was great, the sauerkraut was just ok but overall I’m more than happy because I’m eating some great street food and watching the following.

Three sheets to the wind drunk girl hitting on guy in hotdog costume, «Shoo, how long you been a hotdawg? You wanna be my bodyguard? Heheheheeeee.» She kept touching the hotdog costume and the whole thing was like some kind of softcore food porn.
I’ll have to ask on my next visit how often people try to «freak» the costume. This place is tops.
