Cypress Pointe Apartments

I just moved from Cypress Pointe after living there a total of 12 years, ALWAYS paying my rent on time and never causing any trouble to my neighbors, etc.!! Granted I had to break my lease as I bought a condo but the new «régime» that manages Cypress didn’t cut me ANY slack! Since the new property manager came about a year ago, several WONDERFUL maintenance guys have quit or been run off by Karen, people have been moving out in droves, MANY units flooded after a bad rain in July 2015 (isn’t stopping management from re-​renting those units once they are dealt with and cleaned up by professionals!!) and I have heard that management is renting to ANYONE with the money to pay their rent — no credit checks, no background checks, nothing! The whole tenor of Cypress Pointe has gone downhill since Karen took over — crime has gone up, rents have risen, the general «essence» of the place has changed and NOT in a good way!
I loved living here until the new manager took over. Now I am so relieved to be gone!!! Pass on Cypress Pointe — not worth the downward spiral it is on!
