Strongly recommend not using. I called for an estimate on lightning damage on home theatre equipment. I was charged $ 89 for a service call — NO ONE followed up with me for over 3 weeks. Then I called 3 times in one week to get a response. When I was finally able to speak with someone I respectfully asked for my $ 89 to be refunded, which was not done. Bad bad bad customer service on so many levels. They lost a customer for sure and hopefully I can save some other people time wasted dealing with them as well.
