Only place I trust with my lock and key needs. Trustworthy, accommodating, fast and friendly! They’ve saved me from a couple cases of locking my keys in the car with minimal wait time. They also installed a touch key pad for my home. Amazing customer service! There’s always someone to do things cheaper and then there’s those who do it right! Cook’s does everything right!

We had some problems with our locks and called Cook’s to take a look at them. They quickly diagnosed the problem, explained the options well, replaced the locks and did it all for a fair price. Their customer service was outstanding. I would recommend this locally-​owned business if you are in need of a locksmith.

Don’t call this place. They are over priced and get smart over the phone. I tried to get a key cut for a 2001 Ford Taurus and I received 2 other quotes at $ 130 — $ 140. Cooks told me $ 170 and I tried to talk to them and they got smart and told me they did 13 today. I told him you won’t be doing any for me.

They charged me over $ 80 for 45 minutes of work. They did fix the problem, but when I asked them to explain what was wrong, it was like pulling teeth trying to get them to explain what was wrong. When they finally did, they would not explain it in any way that a person without detailed mechanical knowledge could possibly understand. I will not return.
