I ordered a combination appetizer plate and my chicken wings looked and tasted like they were cooked the previous day. The restaurant barely had patrons and it took a long time for our food to come out. Even though they gave me a discount for the wings, I would not return to this location. They should not serve people old food!

I’ll admit that I’m not a huge Chili’s fan in general, but this location is truly horrible. The most recent experience consisted of a 30 minute wait for APPETIZERS that were lukewarm and tasted stale. This was a weekday evening and the restaurant and bar area were both slow. The restaurant was visibly dirty. Our server was niceish and fairly attentive, but the rest of the staff seemed generally disinterested and unprofessional. With so many other great options in this area, there’s really no need to waste your time or money here.

The food was nice and greasy. If you’re not on a diet then this is heaven. Finished off with a jar of crispy pickles. It was a hot day so a cold beer would have been great, however the beers were disappointingly room temperature.

Have been coming in for a couple of weeks and the bar service has been excellent. Manny takes care of everything for you and the drinks are always on time. The food has always been great. I come in early and late same great service

We tried the new beef enchilada with the ancho chili sauce on the side. They are pretty good and the chili packs a kick. Restaurant was clean and we were promptly seated and served. Emily was our waitress and she took good care of us during our visit. Note, we had a coupon for a kid’s meal and got another coupon for checking in on Foursquare, but they only accept one coupon at a time.

Food might be edible but I wouldn’t know – after 40′ I walked out. Five of us arrived to a mostly empty restaurant. We were the only ones seated in our section of the restaurant. We ordered – 3 burgers, 1 chicken sandwich, and chicken strips. Twenty-five minutes after we ordered, the waitress said the food would be right out. Apparently she didn’t really know that and was just guessing. After another fiftenn minutes(forty minutes now since we ordered), I got up and left. I have no plans to ever return. Hopefully this place goes out of business soon and reopens as a restaurant that can serve lunch within a reasonable timeframe.

Came in to watch some football, I would have had a few beers and lunch but the service was horrible. The place was pretty dead too. Had one app and a water and went somewhere else. Get it together chilis!

What is it about Chili’s these days. Every time we give one a try; we enter a bar area or dining area with tables containing trash/plates/cups/etc. that clearly haven’t been addressed in more than a reasonable amount of time. Entered into this Chili’s today thinking I’d grab a burger and beer at the bar. Walked in. nobody home at the hostess area nor bar. Sh-t(dirty dishes, glasses, etc.) was on almost every table and more than a few at the bar. No more than 5 or 6 people watching a ball game with uncleared mess in front of each. Not a Chili’s employee to be found. Walked right out of that hole. Chili’s: C’MONMAN! Get your stuff together. You’ve been going down the drain for some time… why can’t you figure it out? I’ll be if Norman Brinker was alive and still running the place, it wouldn’t look like such a poor excuse for a dining facility. My 2 cents. Greg T.

Had lunch on Sunday(09÷08÷13) with 2 adult and 3 kids. We are Chili’s fans, but the nearest Chili’s to our town is a 3 hour drive so it’s kind of a treat when we get to go to one. We like Chili’s in general for the great value, kind of a fun place, great service and the tasty food. Would I take my wife there for a romantic dinner — no way, but it’s a good deal for families. Unfortunately for us on this visit(at this Chili’s) the service we had was very, very, very slow, sluggish, half ass, as if they’d rather be watching the football/TV in the bar. It was practically empty during lunch on a Sunday, hmmm. Weird to us that we had to find the waiter to ask for refills on drinks and chips/salsa. When he returned with more chips/salsa he used the same salsa bowl, pretty sloppy. Normally the Chili’s staff would be drowning us with help, smiles, glad you’re hear, what can we do to help you type attitude, not this one. The food was good, typical Chili’s quality and freshness, but again very slow to arrive. I’ve never known a Chili’s to have an «off» day, but perhaps it does happen. I hope they can get it together soon. We will likely not stop at this one again unless we start reading some 4 and 5 star reviews soon. There are many other choices in this area.

Usually my family’ favorite place to go but tonight received poor service and cold food. We did go at a busy time for dinner but service was slow(not sure if short staffed or what). We waited for our drinks for a good half an hour from the bar and then waited forever for our food to come out which my soup was room temperature(I like it to be pipping hot when being served at a restaurant then cool down when I am in the process of eating it) and the two steaks that were order were cold(mashed potatoes and broccoli were cold as well). The other salads that my family had asked for were served much later than usual . We sent the cold food back and received hotter food but it didn’t taste as good as it use to. The manager was nice enough to discount some of the bill but didn’t seem to know that the soup was cold and salads were served later and after the fact. It sounded like she had to be in the kitchen helped cook food since they needed help back there. We were bummed about tonight’s service since we have been going to this Chili’s since it opened in Louisville and always had excellent food and service until tonight.

Awesome service. I walked in everyone was all smiles and very helpful. Food was okay. I asked what was on the cajun pasta and she left out it had tomatoes on it. I hate tomatoes.

The Chili’s in Louisville is a pretty good option if you’re looking for a diverse menu. When we got there, we were seated right away and we got chips with salsa. The chips were OK but the salsa was very watered down and seemed like it was taken right out of the can. Their menu was extensive and had nice options for whatever the mood you are in. They also had a dinner for two option were you can get an appetizer and two entrees for $ 20. The only downside of the menu was that there aren’t many vegetarian options. For my meal, I ordered the crispy shrimp tacos. The meal consisted of three flour tortillas with lettuce, cheese, tomatoes, honey-chipotle sauce and ranch dressing. The meal was actually pretty good. The honey-chipotle sauce went really well with the shrimp, which gave it a sweet taste to each bite. There was a side of beans and lettuce as well. The meal size was decent and I was full by the time I got to the third taco. With my meal, I also ordered the Sparkling Pomegranate Margarita. The drink was nice and tasted like fruit juice. On the other hand, during our meal we commented on how much ice they put in the drink and how small the drink was too begin with. Overall our experience was good, but it could have been better.

Surprisingly nice. I really didn’t expect much going into a corporate owned dining experience but I have to say that my server(whose name I forgot) gave me a 100% excellent time. The restaurant has wisely decided that happy hour pricing(Mo-Th all day and night) applies to the dining room and the bar instead of making you sit in the bar to receive the price. The waitress was on her«A» game from her first greeting, to prompt refills of drinks, and checking back on us. She even quickly handled the bill. Hats off to this Chili’s. One of my better Chili’s experiences and a solid 4 star experience to boot. (PS — This Chili’s is on the N side of the 36 at Dillon. The Google map has placed it in the wrong spot despite the correct address.)
