Cellular Sales, Verizon Wireless Authorized Retailer

I despise going into any cellphone service due to the frustration and lack of one positive experience in one… Until now! Kadie Hays was amazing and assisted me with all of my questions.
I really couldn’t have found someone better to assist us with our new plan. We are looking forward to staying with cellular sales :))))

I can’t speak on the quality of service rendered by every associate here since I didn’t work with them directly. I stumbled upon this Verizon store to get a new phone as quickly as possible. Mr. Daniel Rumbley, the account specialist here was extremely professional, efficient, yet personable. I’m certain if he’d try to sell me a Boeing 787, I’d buy it in a heart beat. All in all, Mr. Rumbley’s customer service commanded my respect. Great job

Stressful place. The employees are very nice and helpful. 3 people for a roomful of customers. really? No one to check anyone in, ridiculous. Not a fast or efficient experience.

I’m surprised I’m giving a Verizon store 4 stars. Let’s be real, no one likes going into a place where they feel simultaneously bombarded and ignored.
So: yeah, I’m impressed.
My partner and I walked in to upgrade our phones today. At stores like these *cough* most car dealerships, etc. *cough* I typically experience getting interrupted, overlooked, and ignored (eye contact wise). If my partner is present, a male salesperson is often more likely to address him throughout the sale. #ihaveawallettooyouknow
Hunter did not make me feel this way.
In fact, We didn’t even feel like we were at a car dealership.
No pushing, no games. We were treated with respect throughout the hour-​long process. That’s saying a lot!
I ordered an iphone and plan to work with a Hunter again once it comes in.

Helpful and professional sales people. Much better service than I’ve had at some other stores. Didn’t have to wait in line and I could sit down while they helped me. Big fan!

I continue to get excellent service every time I frequent this store. The sales reps are clean shaven, professional and helpful. I highly recommend this store for great service and competitive pricing.
