Had the BEST experience with this company. Others should take note. From the sales person Ken McDonald who was always reachable by phone and e-​mail. To the ladies who called with delivery dates and times. To the delivery person who was right on time. To the installers Tiger and Charles. I felt very comfortable having them in my home for two days. I HIGHLY recommend this store.

I had a horrendous customer service experience here. Weeks of unreturned phone calls, delays and finally a rip off of hundreds of dollars. It may be that they had a bad apple on their sales staff, but I tried to escalate with no result. I would suggest going elsewhere.

Carrell Rogers Carpet One has such a professional staff and a wide variety of products that I wish I had used them sooner. I had my stairs carpeted and upstairs hallway, replacing the builder’s grade carpet that we opted for when we first built the house. My carpet selection is still in great shape and I am so glad that I trusted them with my business!

I have a rough hardwood floor in one bedroom. It’s a pain, but I looked around to find a way to best cover it until I decided to treat it. After talking with the team at Carrell Rogers, it was only a matter of time before I found the best option for me.
I wish I had ventured down Hurstbourne first, rather than blasting past it and going into St. Matthews. I could’ve saved myself a ton of time by going to Carrell Rogers first.

Rebekah, the sales person I worked with, was very helpful in choosing good options for carpeting our finished basement and a stairway runner. When a slight flaw in the basement carpet was discovered by the installers before they laid the carpeting, they pointed it out to me and re-​ordered the whole batch. The new carpeting was delivered and installed less than a week later. Installers were very prompt efficient and courteous. I definitely plan on using this business again.
