Love living at this complex! Beautiful, manicured grounds. The staff is friendly and helpful. There are always community events taking place that includes free food and socializing with neighbors. There’s a large pool, tennis courts and basketball goals as well as BBQ grills located outside. The apartment units are very nice. We highly recommend Canter Chase Apartments.

The apts are getting older and interior updates are cheap at best. The office staff is nice but large maintenance issues are not addressed promptly. There are very big water problems due to gutters that have not been cleaned and who knows when the chimenys have been cleaned, creating a fire hazard. The standards for residents is tarting to go downhill so that they can keep it filled.
