The wings are good but extremely over priced! They have now out priced our ability to eat here as a family. In addition, our latest experience resulted in a 45 minute wait for wings and dinner. The place was busy but that is just unacceptable when others that sat after us received their meals before us.

I came here after the uk vs. Kansas game. We were seated quickly and got drinks fast too. The server came to take our order and after that she didn’t come check up on us until the food had been long gone. I didn’t mind too much though. This is one of the better locations of the chain. Just know you have to be patient and don’t come here too terribly hungry because there will be a wait on food.

One bartender for 12 people! Really plus they need to pour for the dining room! Never changing from last time plus she had to run for the food which left no one! Neverless On a Sunday with football. It took her 3:18 to even acknowledge me per my stop watch. Something I like to do being a past bartender. Always acknowledge a customer less than 1 min Counted over 3 times she was gone for more than 3 mins leaving no one at the bar. Ask for a beer on there gridiron gold menu. «We don’t have that anymore» it’s on there main promo menu! Gave me alternative that was not even close. So I just a water with lemon. Never got the lemon I then ordered buffalo Mac and cheese. I wanted a side of fries. She said it would be full cost @ $ 4.19. I said«I don’t want a big portion» Although she said they are really small portion. How appealing high cost fries at a small portion. I passed for side salad w/no onions. Of course it came out with onions. Called that one. Main course came out. Not really appealing compared to the picture. Added a pic. So once again really disappointed here. They need to wake up and get there stuff together here. Reviews are horrible. Why did I come back. Guess I owed them a second chance. Not worth it!

I love buffalo wild wings but I just had the worst experience at a restaurant I’ve ever had. I went out to dinner with my family, two of which are former employees, and ordered a small size of wings. They brought the order but only gave me a snack size, I said it wasn’t right and the waiter not once, but three times insisted I ordered a snack size and I was wrong. I asked if I could change it to which he responded, «It’s already been changed, free of charge, so I don’t know what you’re complaining about.» He then brought the wings and said, «There, is there anything else I can help you with?» to which I replied no. Condescendingly, he responded, «Are you sure? You sure there’s nothing else I can get you?» I didn’t mention the fact that I ordered half asian zing and half spicy garlic and he only brought me out the asian zing but whatever. Instead I said, «No, the foods right but you don’t have to be a douchebag about it.» Again, not the best thing to say but I couldn’t believe his demeanor towards me. He then proceeded to say I was wrong when I ordered and it’s not his fault. I’ve worked retail management for years and I know if a customer complains that something is wrong, you apologize and correct it even if you feel like you’re right. Never, and I repeat never, blame the customer and get an attitude for an honest mistake.(I’m sorry, I wanted to correct my order to something more expensive but lent me inconvenience you for a second.) I’ve never felt so disrespected at a restaurant which is such a shame because I love the atmosphere and the food here.

Love Buffalo Wild Wings as a restaurant but the service here is awful. Only come if you have at least an hour to spare to wait for wings to come out.

I personally love Buffalo Wild Wings. Yeah… it’s a chain but their sauces are super yummy, tangy, zippy and flavorful. It’s pretty much bar food, but that’s what I expect when I’m craving some boneless wings. Deep fried goodness. We sat right down in the bar area and were greeted fairly quickly. What we ordered: 12 boneless wings(½ mild & ½ spicy garlic), 2 sides of ranch, chili and cheese potato chips, 4 tall Miller Lites and naked chicken tenders with teriyaki dipping sauce and a side of fries. The food took a while to come out and it wasn’t as hot as it should be. After waiting for so long I expected fresh hot vittles. It was still tasty though and I was stoked it was boneless wing Thursday. It’s just about half off your food order. The mild sauce was zingy but not too hot. Those particular wings had the perfect amount of sauce. The spicy garlic wings however had a super great kick but they kinda overdid it with the sauce. The chicken was drowning in it. You also can’t go wrong with chili cheese potatoes. Every bite was awesome! They did change the naked tenders since the last time my guest ordered them but I think they were better this time. They now have a nice char on them and are bigger. With the teriyaki sauce they were scrumptious! The fries on the other hand were definitely not scrumptious. They had that old cold greasy flavor. Yuck! Unfortunately there were a few other mishaps. The door leading to the kitchen would annoyingly screech as employees came in and out of the dining room. I tried to ignore the unappealing sound but it was hard to miss. The other bummer was when the TV was switched for us to watch Thursday night football but then was switched off later as we were in the middle of watching it. Huh??? Lol! At that point we didn’t even bother having them change it back. I so want to give Buffalo Wild Wings four stars but with the long wait on food, cold food, ridiculous overflow of wing sauce, TV mishap and the horrible squeaky door I had to count off some points. Plus the bathroom wasn’t in the best shape either. With some tweaks, fine tuning and better attention to detail I really do think this place could earn a higher rating. I’ll keep going back though. It is my favorite wing place after all.

Count your wings! I have ordered bonless wings for carry out numerous times and too many times have been shorted wings. They have also forgotten my bleu cheese a few times and still charged me for it. If you’re doing carry out have them check everything in front of you! Boneless wings are all I will eat here.

Came here to watch a football game and although we love their wings, we made the mistake of ordering the five cheese italian pepperoni flatbread. Stay away from this! It was horrible, so much that we sent it back. The taste, the smell, everything was wrong with it. If you go here, stick to the wings.

Ordered wings, coleslaw, mini corn dogs and the ultimate nachos to-go. We received no coleslaw, no sauces for the mini corn dogs and the ultimate nachos came in a huge box of chips with none of the toppings. So basically paid $ 10 for a box of tortilla chips. Would not be mad about the coleslaw if not for the nachos.

Sub par bar food & service. Wouldn’t recommend eating here. Watching a game for a beer perhaps…

I guess I haven’t experienced the bad service that others have at this location. This is my go to Bdubs in Louisville. Plenty of TVs and beers on tap. My only issue would be that the food doesn’t always come out piping hot.

Great wings, burgers and fries, trivia games(per request) and plenty of tvs on this house to make it a good spot to get your food and watch a game or hang out with friends. I get spicy garlic or teriyaki boneless wings and I’ve never been disappointed. Spicy garlic wings are really good but for me it’s all about building up a bit of tolerance so I can really dig in. Just tried the build your own beefy burger and it was delicious along with plenty of fries and southwestern ranch. The southwestern ranch is my favorite. The prices are decent for what you’re getting and the wait time was long compared to other bdubs I’ve been to but it was very crowded there due to derby. Food came out alright no mistakes or anything weird in our food and it filled me up right away after a long day. There’s plenty of booths here and they are bigger and comfortable. I definitely recommend check out bdubs if you haven’t already.

I usually LOVEBW3’s. This was our first visit to this location. Our wings took a REALLY long time, and they came out cold. Not acceptable. Our waitress Brittany did a good job. The kitchen just seemed to be off their game.

Kiddos ask to come here and here we are before the Elementary Bball game! Fast service which is usually not the case because they’re always so very busy! Wings, drinks, & sports – what more could you ask for?!

I don’t know why I keep trying, every time I go here I leave disappointed. Lunch sealed it for me, never again. Wings were ordered as per usual to go and they were busy so I thought a 15 minute wait was reasonable. What was presented to me was wings that looked plain(seriously, not even enough sauce to add color), were cold and a cup of the requested sauce on the side when I said something. I opted for the wedges which were soggy. Slooooooooow service, waited 20 minutes to get cold food that then had to be reheated in my office microwave to be edible.

I don’t normally don’t do these kinds of reviews but after a series of bad experiences I feel it’s necessary. I’ve given this Westport location many chances but I’m honestly convinced this location may have the worst service of all the BWW locations in Louisville. I’m not sure what’s going on here. I’ve had a slew of issues on multiple occasions: not being waited on, servers forgetting to put in our order altogether, hosts rudely answering that the wait could be «anything from minutes to hours», the list goes on. If we go in to make a to-go order(which isn’t often because the service is so bad), the staff behaves as though they are being put out. I get irritated blank stares and claims they need to «call the to-go cashier»(yet they can take a to-go order by phone a moment later?) Or thinly veiled annoyance in the tone of the person taking the order after waiting several minutes for them to arrive. We don’t have this problem at any other BWW location… When I got my food today it was thrown in and cold. That was the last straw. Protect your sanity. Go to shelbyville rd or bardstown.

The air was cool and smelled of Dogwood and Bradford pear trees. I had worked up a hunger from taking my best hound,(Ben) to scamper up some game. That is when I decided I had an itch that could only be scratched by BW’s Spicy Garlic. I ordered a Sam Adams as I awaited the delightful river dance that was about to take place on my pallet. The meal was magnificent and food bountiful. The waitress smelled of patchouli and lavender and reminded me of a girl I used to put the wood to in college. As I paid my tab and made my exit– a single tear streamed down my cheek.

This place used to have blah service. They have since improved greatly! This is a blessing because I have moved closer and was driving to bardstown rd because we have regular people there. I’m glad the one here is better now!

I come to this Buffalo Wild Wings all the time. It is very good for a quick lunch or dinner and I love their Bloody Marys.
