We love Brooks Brothers, and we stop by this location fairly often. Actually, my husband LOVES Brooks Brothers. He can walk right in knowing exactly what will fit him and what styles compliment his body type, etc. The clothing is great quality, and they provide tailoring as needed, etc. This store has THE BEST customer service EVER: Attentive, helpful, knowledgable, expedient. He owns about a dozen suits and dress shirts, plus random jackets and vests, and a large collection of various ties and bow-​ties — he’s loves them all, no complaints whatsoever.
I have a few dress shirts and dresses — love them all, too. I’d likely shop here more often, if they offered more styles/​lines of ladies clothing. The children’s clothes are so adorable, but pricey, and I would buy more of it, but my children grow out of clothes so quickly, etc.

I always get the best customer service when I come here, it’s a great place to shop in a Mall that I’d rather not visit. Yes, it costs a bit more than other places you can buy clothing but I can buy clothes there that are made in the United States, will stand the test of time in terms of workmanship AND classic style, and work with salespeople that will actually help you get the right fit.

Nice quality shirts and suits. On the pricey side, but for most items the quality shows. For a few items, the «Made in China» label is a turn off. When you spend $$$ for a shirt, I expect it made in the UK or US.
