Had the Jumbo dog at Church Hill Downs off the food truck and it rocked. Very good along with good flavor. My hubby had the pulled chicken sandwich and he said it was very good as well. Their prices were very reasonable too! We will eat here again.

I love barbeque and, being from KC, I’m kind of picky on my barbeque. This experience was definitely disappointing. I ordered a dinner with rib tips, beans, and green beans. The rib tips – though there were a lot of them – were swimming in sauce. The sauce was decent, but just overpowering, I could not taste the meat at all. The beans were not barbeque beans, they were navy beans with ground beef and no taste. Finally, the green beans lacked flavor, even though they had bacon cooked in them. Additionally, the line took 30 minutes. Despite all this, the workers were incredibly nice.

Had the pleasure of trying out the pulled pork dinner at the Louisville Blues, Brews & BBQ Festival. It was delicious! The pulled pork was so tender. Also had the green beans and potato salad. A lot of people also tried the nachos and said they were amazing. I will definitely be looking for this food truck for lunch!

I travel for a living, and seek out bbq joints.
The pulled pork is outstanding. Great bark and good depth to the smoke ring.
I ordered the pulled pork sandwich.
They also sell smoked meat by the pound.
Because they know you will have to hike back to your office or hotel they separate the bread from the meat and sauce in a to go container so you can build your own sandwich and your bread is not all soggy. I had the hot sauce and it was plenty hot and plenty flavorful.
I also had the Boss Hog nachos. Standard nacho chips and cheese with plenty of the tender juicy pulled pork. Delicious.
Note to self. Never order both the pulled pork sandwich and the nachos. Either one is enough for any one human being.

We were less than impressed with this food truck. We ordered pulled pork which sounded good but it was incredibly bland. The meat had no flavor and neither did the sauce. We will never eat here again! I have half a mind to ask for my money back.

I was not at all impressed with this truck. I ordered the pulled pork on recomendation from the guy at their window. It was drowned in BBQ sauce that was nothing special so you couldn’t even taste the flavor of the meat. I tried digging some out that was still plain but it too was underwhelming. I just wouldn’t pick this truck for food in the future.
