Amen to the other 1 star comments. I haven’t had any experience as bad as this except at other Ashley stores.

An update: On Jan 8 my furniture was PARTIALLY delivered. The delivery guys pointed out severe damage on my night stand. They took it back and told me that within 7 days, a new one would be delivered. Today is the 7th day, so I called, but the delivery will not take place for another 7 days– Jan 22. So I call the store to see if they have any in stock that I can pick up today. I called over the course of two hours, but the phone rings with no answer– no voice mail, just non stop ringing. I called my salesman’s number he wrote down on his business card, but that number is disconnected. Finally, I got a hold of AMY again at the store, and explained my situation again, I asked her if they had any in stock at the store. She told me to hold on and after a few minutes, she transferred me to that damn 866 number AGAIN! As if the people in an out of state call center are going to know if that store has a night stand in stock! I called the store right back, and guess what? No answer! I am pissed. PISSED! I have had it with these people.

My brother and sister-in-law had a horrible experience with Ashley’s customer service and delivery. Based on the other review, it sounds like they are not the only ones. Below are my sister-in-law’s comments: I have never used social media to dog a company. However, due to a horrible experience with Ashley furniture, I want to plea with you to never use this company! The delivery truck never showed up, and the company claimed it has no way of contacting its drivers — no phone numbers or anything. I have been on the phone all day and not one person has done anything other than put me on hold and fail to call me back. Worst purchase experience ever. Do not buy from Ashley Furniture!
