I’ve used Lancaster to come out and service my heat pump. Of course you never need the heating and cooling company except when it’s a 110 or 10 below, so the woman who took my initial call was very upfront with not promising sooner service than what could be delivered. So when I was scheduled the technician was prompt and on time. He explained what needed fixed, what was under warranty, and what I should watch out for in the future. I felt the service was thorough for the money I spent.
He did say if I signed up for a twice a year heating & cooling check up I would get 10% off which I did. I have yet to hear back from them, but I have yet to have any problems since my repair.
