DONOTGOHEREWHENTHEYAREHOSTINGANEVENT. You should be able to tell by the amount of cars in the parking lot. They overbook the restaurant and cannot handle the business. We waited for almost an hour with no end in sight so we left without our food. The Manager then tried to explain the situation that they could handle the business but they were very busy tonight. He contradicted himself right then and there. You cannot handle the business so do not try to act like you can. While we were there all the tables around us were visibly upset. Some even making comments that they would never return. I will give it another chance but not on an event night. They are sacrificing long term success for short term revenue. A VERY poor business/management decision.

Arrived at 6:15, it’s now 7:45. Server was slow and didn’t check on us often, I think out of embarrassment for how slow the kitchen was moving. We sent half our family home due to the wait. Shortly after they left, the server dropped off the food, but two of the items were missing all together. When the owner was addressed about the lateness of the food she stated«we should be understanding of them» and«we don’t need your business.»

I found this place this year and it has gotten a lot of my business. I always get the pizza and sometimes gyros and subs to go, so it is hard to rate the place on being waited on. However, to me the pizza is awesome. It is a think crust but not paper thin, just enough to give support to the cheese and sauce and whatever else you prefer. The pepperonis have a little bit of spiciness to them but taste great. More expensive then the other local places but the taste is worth the extra few bucks. Unless someone has the address or is out randomly wondering around, they probably won’t find this place.

My sister was in from Boston last night and tried their chicken marsala and gave it unusually high marks saying it was a good as any she’d had in Boston’s Little Italy. I feel the same, but have never been outside the area. Cheesecake and tiramisu are so good, you’ll want to stuff an extra in your pocket for the road. BYOB makes it a lot of fun. Attentive staff and getting real busy between 6 — 7:30. A little more relaxed pace after that. Open for lunch and dinner.

I’m surprised no one has reviewed Classico. This place was very busy on a Monday night. They had a lot of to go orders as well. I would give another star if they had more staff. It could have been just unusually busy. I had a calzone. It was very yummy.
