Would give no stars if an option. Completely disorganized packaging food. Took over half an hour to get a salad and a turkey burger. Food prepared but sitting while being packaged out of order, people getting wrong orders, etc. Yet, they kept taking orders with food packager — possibly the manager, talking on his cell phone. Fries were of course cold but we just wanted to get out if there.

It’s really sad that only a day before I wrote a positive review about a different location and how long it’s been since I’ve been in a good fast food restaurant. Just one day later I stop in at another location and it is 100% the opposite. Aren’t franchises or chains supposed to be duplicates? On the way back home from San Jose, I stopped in for a quick breakfast early morning. The service was not good. She forgot to give me my ticket with the number and didn’t even ask what drink I wanted with my combo. When I asked if I could get coffee instead because she just handed me a soda cup, she looked at me as if I was crazy. You can see the sausage that was in my sandwich. I think it must have been under the heat lamp for at least 4 hours +. When I saw this, I was tempted to go back but was anxious to just get back home. The sausage was literally jerky. Black inside and out. The coffee was also extremely watered down and didn’t even taste like coffee. I couldn’t drink it because it tasted like taunted water. Unfortunately I decided to eat the sausage, egg and cheese sandwich and now I am lying at home with stomach cramps. If they have the conscious to sell a customer sausage that is clearly old, what else could they sell to customers that is not so visible. I hope I never make the mistake to come to this location . Why can’t we give negative stars? This has to be a new ring of hell. Order wrong, cold & food is just plain terrible. Bathrooms haven’t been cleaned in years. Never eating at a Carl’s again but then this was my first experience.

I’m not a picky person. When I go to a fast food place, all I want is warm food at a reasonable price and timeframe. I just went through here. Awful. The woman who took our order was rude as soon as we pulled up. Still, we remained nice. For reference, it was just my mother and I. We ordered two sandwiches and pulled up. It wasn’t busy. There was nobody else there. 20 minutes we sat and watched the employees just kind of stand around inside doing nothing. The woman who took our order finally collected our money. My mother, who has brain issues, looked at the amount she had and the woman quite rudely repeated herself, pushing her hand out to the car after not even a few seconds. We said nothing and handed her the money. She gave us food and said nothing as we drove away. Ridiculous. Don’t go here.

Well… The food was cold in the Inside, the fries taste like they have been re warmed. They definitely need to hire Staff that cares just a little for their job, or have a manager on the clock at all times.

First meal was a burrito it was cold, second a chicken sandwich very plain and greasy, third meal sandwhich was ok but zucchini was reheated, now about the restaurant they need to do something about bringing the food to the dining area. Employees have to go through standing customers ordering their food then you have to deal with the coke machine right behind the line. Make a window on the wall like every carl’s so that the employee can deliver the meals through out the dining room. Second move the coke machine on the opposite side so it won’t be directly behind everone thats ordering. Problem solved.

Poor customer service, the food was ok. When I asked for the ketchup dispenser to be refilled the worker took 5 minutes to hand me some packets. The soda machine was out of soda and they left the machine unconsumer operable. I waited at the register for 5 minutes before my order was taken and was asked if I was going yo re order, surely the cashier didn’t want to be at her post. The food was good but the service was atrocious

I usually hate Carl’s Jr., but this was a Road Trip, and I wasn’t the driver, so I acquiesced. I had: fried zucchini(decent for fast food), Spicy Chicken sandwich. Nice big cold coke. It works.

Service at corner super slow. Food ok. Restrooms dirty. Will not return. This store is not a reflection of it’s employees but of it’s management. Leadership rolls down hill not up.
