Wow! OUTSTANDING customer service! He came by to make sure my Rinnai tankless hot water heater was working properly. He really is knowledgeable and very honest. I would trust him with any plumbing job and he was very professional and friendly. He also called me right back and was showed up right on time! Thank you Robert!

We had a broken/​rotted drain/​main pipe under our old home. Usually, my brother handles all our home repairs and projects, but this was beyond his scope so he recommended Robert at RC Plumbing. When I phoned (on Sunday!), he was very easy to talk with, and quick to get to our job. He arrived promptly on time, as we arranged and dove straight into the job. He worked quickly and apparently had all the tools and pipe he needed with him to do the job. I am very pleased and would highly recommend RC Plumbing. He is obviously a good person: clean cut, family oriented, and as a professional, it is apparent to me that he knows what he is doing. The space he had to work in is a tight crawlspace under an old home, and he somehow was able to get in there, and get the job done. After emerging from under the house, he needed to address some part under the kitchen sink. Somehow, he was able to do all this without bringing a speck of dirt in the house. I will a call him again when we have problems. I am so happy to find a good plumber that can do a tough job on old plumbing. …(and the price seems great too!)

I woke up this morning to the horror of my drains bubbling. I called a few numbers and no one could respond. Until I found out about RC Plumbing from a friend. Sick of plumbers that charge a ton and still seem to leave a huge mess and/​or not get the job done? As someone who has done a lot of remodeling in Pismo Beach, I have had this experience many times until I found Robert.
Robert (owner of RC Plumbing) has been in the business for something like 20 years and runs a small, family operation. He is always reasonable, does a great job, and provides a level of customer service that I have not seen elsewhere in the profession. Robert has been extremely honest and frank in all of my dealings with him (which at this point are numerous) and I wouldn’t use anyone else.

Robert of RC Plumbing has has fixed a few plumbing issues at our home. There isn’t a more fair plumber on the central coast. When our water heater went out naturally it was on a weekend but he came out and fixed it. Recently we had a broken pipe, it made a terrible mess. Robert came out and fixed it. To my surprise and delight it cost less than what I thought it would. We thought it would be a major repair and cost us a fortune, any plumber could have gotten away with charging us quite a bit. Robert is always very neat and is very careful not scratch or damage other fixtures.
We have tried many plumbers throughout the years, we haven’t been happy with their workmanship or their prices. One local plumber came out a few times to fix a toilet and although he charged us he didn’t fix it. Robert fixed it right away. We are so pleased to have found an honest, dependable and neat plumber. I highly recommended RC Plumbing.
