Dr Broad is the best!!! I have severe pain issue’s. Dr Broad works closely with my pain doctor, among other doctors, to keep me sane and pain free! He has been with my whole family for years! We’re lucky to have him! I never thought to right a review till now. It never crossed my mind. But if you are looking for a compassionate intelligent doctor he’s your man! Thx for taking such good care of me and my family!!!

Dr. Broad is very caring, helpful and friendly! Beyond their normal office hours he called me several times to make sure I am OK!!! Also Claudia the nurse was very helpful and also caring! I am happy I found my Doctor here in town! Thank you!

I have been seeing Dr. Broad for several years and he is by far my favorite Generalist.
Female here — in my early 50’s now — he also saw my husband who really liked him and was going thru a very challenging time (as we all do!). I would not have any issue in discussing any medical problem/​concern with him — His style is friendly, open and with great knowledge. I would recommend him highly.
The front desk is always go-​go and busy, staff also — but everyone gets what they need and in my opinion it is a pretty happy environment.

Dr. Broad is thoughtful, intelligent, and collaborative. He listens carefully, and responds to any and all questions and concerns. Both he and his nurse, Claudia, are very kind and capable. I am picky about doctors; he is great.

I have been a patient of Dr Broads for over 12 years! Dr Broad is a caring and knowledgable doctor. His nurse, Claudia, has been with him for as long as I have been seeing him. If you are looking for a bubbly nurse that is not Claudia but if you are looking for someone who effectively gets you prepped to meet with the doctor she is excellent! I appreciate the fact that I rarely have to wait beyond my appointment for my visit. If I have a sudden illness or issue Dr. Broad always finds time to see me. The help hotline is very efficient! I always get a call back within a few hours.
I have had a large variety of issues (basics such as flus, colds, allergies, sinus infections, skin rash and also much harder issues such as extreme migraines, debilitating neck injury, rare virus, cyst, etc) over the years. If Dr Broad could not directly help me he has always worked hard to find the correct person for me to see. He is not afraid to prescribe alternative treatments if regular western treatments are not showing results.
Dr Broad works with his patients and what they are comfortable with as far as treatment course goes. Dr Broad always keeps in mind that I prefer to not take medicine unless necessary.
Regarding my rare virus. Dr Broad did not give up until he found a doctor who could correctly diagnose me! Many other doctors might have said it was all in my head or just keep resting and it will go away. I saw over ten specialist before I was properly diagnosed!
I highly recommend Dr Broad! I feel very lucky to have found him!

Dr Broad really cares about his patients! He is knowledgeable and takes time to talk to you so you know all your options. His staff is friendly and helpful.

I have been going to Dr. Broad for the last 15+ years and have been nothing but happy with his care. Someone commented about him pulling out his «book,» this little book is an electronic palm pilot type thing for doctors. It has continuous uploads of the latest meds, and findings. I am GLAD he has it. Not everyone can be expected to know EVERYTHING about their profession. This is one more level of care I have grown to appreciate from Dr. Broad. He is nice, he listens, he cares. He has also had the same nurse, Claudia, for as long as I can remember. She can be «curt» but it’s part of her endearing quality. Together they are a dynamic team, and if you do receive care from them, you are some of the luckiest people out there.
I have been forced to look for a doctor closer to me recently, and find it difficult to accept another doctor when I am used to such a high level of care from Dr. Broad.
The office is busy, with several doctors and their patients to manage. They are efficient, honest, and when I needed to get in for an emergency appointment they jumped through hoops to help me.
This is one happy, long time, patient.

First of all, the staff at the front desk is unfriendly and every time I went into the office everyone seemed to be either in a bad mood or complaining about someone, mostly the nurses behind their backs. Then there are the nurses — we delt with 3 different ones all 3 had cold bedside manners and curt questioning skills.
Then there is Dr. Broad, plus side he is young but his wealth of knowledge was lacking, on two seperate visits the doctor had to pull out manual or textbook to figure out the problem or what to prescribe. in my 33 years on this planet this is the first doctor i’ve seen pull out a book to diagnose someone!!!
