I work nearby and have been here a handful of times to send packages and make copies. The guy at the front is always cheerful, helpful and polite, which is more than I can say for most check-​out clerks these days. I’m happy to support a business with employees like him, and will be back. The nice clerk let me know that they also give a AAA discount for copies. I just went back today and a new girl was working — she was pleasant, friendly and helpful, just like the guy who’s helped me on my previous visits.

This is a well ran UPS Store it might be a little hard to see however, worth seeking out they are always helpful & kind. Take care of everything quickly & correct it has become my favorite location.

Is it weird that there are two UPS stores in Los Gatos? I was sort of surprised when I realized there are two locations, but now that I’ve seen the reviews of the other location, I am definitely glad that the people of Los Gatos have a choice. Yikes.
I’ve been in here a couple of times, simply to drop off packages with an Amazon return label. It’s been a totally unremarkable experience both times, which I consider to be a good thing. If my experience dropping off a package is memorable, that probably means it sucked. Thanks for not sucking, new UPS store. :)
