Jen and Stacy helped us find our new house in Mountain View while we still lived on the East Coast. I was visiting a few times and visited several properties with them. It’s always nice to work with people who know their subject matter so well. I went to a lot of open houses (more than 20 in two weekends, I think), but the house we bought was one they recommended. They were also extremely helpful with all the closing arrangements, including referring us to a mortgage broker who got us through all the financial paperwork and to a closing in just three weeks. They recommended and got us quotes from several contractors to do renovations on the house, which was also very helpful, especially when we were still not in the area. They were very responsive via email and actually addressed all the questions we asked, and very thoroughly, too. Overall a pleasure to work with!

As an official home owner now I can say the Marley twins Jen and Stacy are hands down phenomenal realtors! I have and will refer them to everyone I know looking to buy or sell a home.
My fiancé and I just bought a foreclosure in the Cambrian area and the entire process from going to the opening house to signing docs to getting our keys seemed like a breeze. This is a very big statement as buying a home can be so stressful I’m sure. Jen and Stacey were on top of everything and left no stone unturned to make everything went very smoothly. The Marley Team, a team you can count on!!! I had the pleasure of working with Jen and Stacy on the sale of my home and the purchase of my dream home. I had met them a few years ago through an acquaintance. I’ll never forget, the comment this person made about the girls: «Whatever you want, the Marley’s will get» So when I stumbled across my dream home, I knew immediately who to call.
The girls where absolutely amazing! Well informed, professional and most importantly to me, honest about the outcome. They developed a strategy that was perfect for our situation. They sold our home in one week, with more than eleven offers. At the end, we received much more than we ever expected. The time and commitment to our situation was not only impressive, but warming to my heart. As busy as they were during this time, they made me feel as if I was their only client. Stacy is simply the best! My husband and I recently contacted Stacy (through a referral) to talk to her about the possibility of selling our townhouse and finding a larger single family home for our growing family. We were very nervous about both the selling and buying process given the competitive nature of the buying market right now. We followed her advice for listing our townhouse and it sold within a matter of days with many offers (significantly over our asking price). She then helped us to find our new house. I am happy to say that we just closed on our new house yesterday!

I have worked with them many times over the past 9 years and Stacy has never, ever ceased to amaze and impress me. She is the most thorough, thoughtful, professional, and caring person in the field. She works so hard and will not hesitate to bend over backwards for us. She is absolutely perfect.

At 24, my husband and I set out to purchase a cute starter home. We had stopped in a few houses, and one of these houses is where we met Stacy. She was so approachable and interested in helping us, even if it wasn’t in that house we were looking at. I wrote her an inquiry later that night and she responded right away! As a 24-​year-​old buyer, no one really takes you seriously. But, not Stacy! She was on it! She helped us fine tune our search and we finally nailed down a ²⁄₁ in Willow Glen right around the corner from our friends. We offered and got accepted, even in the 2004 competitve market! She’s a rockstar!
We had been looking to sell since the market tanked, not because of any other reason but because our family was outgrowing our house. Stacy had been honest with us throughout the process, advising us what our options were. Mostly, she just told us to sit tight. Early last year, we felt the market start to pick up in the spring and we saw houses in our neighborhood sell for decent prices. Stacy helped us hop right on that train and we sold for over asking right at the beginning of the rise of this competitive market! Throughout the prep process, Stacy was at our right-​hand, at our house if we couldn’t make it to meet contractors or whatnot. We actually didn’t even make it to Open House because she timed it right so that the most eager buyers bought us out even making it to Open House! It way exceeded our expectations! Seemless and everyone is happy!
Meanwhile, we entered a vigorous market, with multiple offers on pretty much every home. Stacy first honed in on exactly what we needed, knowing what we liked almost better than we did! She knew the houses to go to, the ones not to bother with. If she didn’t know, she’d check them out before Open Houses so we didn’t bother. As anyone in the market knows, Open Houses can be a pain when they interrupt your every weekend for MONTHS. But, not us! We’d only sometimes have to hit Open Houses and when we did, we most likely ended up offering on those homes. She guided us in writing the strongest offer within our comfort range every time and always carried us through the process with the utmost professionalism. She knows all the right moves and knows all the right people. She is simply incredible.
So, I say this as we are now looking towards finally moving in to the most perfect home for our family, thanks to Stacy’s priceless guidance. Even in this market where people are writing dozens of offers that get denied. I’m happy to say that we only wrote 5 before we found our perfect home… and all because of Stacy! I simply cannot imagine a more perfect agent in this market. I give her my most highest regard and recommendation! She’s amazing!

Jen and Stacy are so great! We approached Jen originally in February in order to get a casual idea about the home-​buying process and be better informed for when it was «our time» to buy; we had no idea we would actually end up buying a home, and so quickly too! We had a deadline that we didn’t think we could meet: I was pregnant with baby #2 and due in July. We wanted a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house with a backyard, safe neighborhood, great schools (you know, the whole «shebang»!) before baby came. I remember asking her at the end of our first meeting, «So do you think it’s even possible to find somewhere in our budget that has all this and more before baby #2 arrives?» Her answer was, «I have no doubt we will find you the perfect home before then.»
Her confidence was awesome and from that point on, we were confident too! Jen was constantly looking at available inventory and sending us options within our price range, scheduled viewings for us within the next day, responded to emails quickly and efficiently (and in terms we could actually understand and make sense of!), advising on anything we were unsure about, etc.
We ended up finding a short-​sale home we absolutely loved, put in our offer, got accepted by the seller, and started the waiting game with the banks. During the process, Jen sent us updates from anyone she could as often as possible (banks, seller’s agent, etc.) and her follow-​up with each of those contacts and us was so diligent, informed, and well versed. Long story short, everything went through as hoped and we closed on our home June 22^nd! Just a little over 4 months from casually getting an idea of what the home-​buying process entails to closing escrow on a short-​sale, which I’ve been told is almost unheard of.
Oh, did I mention our baby came 5 weeks early, in the midst of closing a 30-​day escrow? Despite all the craziness that came along with a new baby, Jen kept us calm, informed, and even made arrangements to meet at places most convenient for me and my hubby. It was a truly great home-​buying experience, and we couldn’t be happier that we brought on The Marley Team & CSR Realty to help us through it all! We have already referred them to friends and colleagues and will continue to do so. Thanks guys! You’re the best!

Stacy Marley has sold two of our townhomes in the Bay Area for Top Price!
It’s easy for her to do, since she loves and knows a lot about homes. We had owned both (previously rental) homes about 30 years so before we fixed either place up for sale Stacy came by and gave us some advice, which we followed precisely. She told us ahead of time the expectations and schedule, and everything happened according to plan. All bids were submitted within about a week of going on the market and both places sold higher than we ever expected. One even sold higher than any other in that townhome group, the other the second highest ever! Stacy’s negotiation skills are TOPS! She really knows her business. Wish we had more for her to sell in the Bay Area. My husband and I were shocked and very happy!!!

All I can say is this: You gotta love Stacy Marley! My husband and I met her at an open house about a year ago. At the time, we were using another realtor, who I was not happy at all with. When I met Stacy I felt she would be perfect for us to work with. She is very outgoing, personable, and willing to do whatever it takes to make you happy. She is on your side, and has your best interest at heart, no matter how much time and effort it takes on her part. Honestly, I don’t think I was an easy client to work with. As a matter of fact, I think it’s fair to say that I had high expectations and at times pushed a little hard. the Bay Area is a difficult area to purchase in, and the amont of bank owned homes, short sales, and competition, can make home buying a very stressful process. Throughout it all, that never bothered Stacy. The more she got to know me, the better she was at meeting my needs. We eventually bought a home, and we are very happy with our choice and of course, with her. I would definately recommend her and use her again. One last thing to say. Since purchasing the home six months ago, we have had a little issue to deal with in our home. Stacy jumped right back on board and has been kindly and professionally assisting us, to date. She is honest, ethical, and overall, a great person, realtor and friend for life. Not only will she be there for you when you are purchasing the home, she will equally be there for you, even AFTER the deal is closed. Stacy and her team are truly Top Notch.

The Marley Team from Sorella Properties is hands down top notch. They are readily available at any time and they get back to you quickly, which we all know is key when dealing with real estate. Most of our dealings were with Jennifer. She is professional, calm, collected, and smart… all qualities that are essential when in the middle of escrow. The sale of our old home was closing just a few days before the purchase on our new home and there were times we began to panic. Jennifer not only put up with dozens of phone calls, emails, and text she really put our minds at ease and if she didn’t have an immediate answer for our concerns she would quickly find us one. When we were up against deadlines, she called everyone she needed to call to follow up on statuses and make things happen.

Jen & Stacy are awesome. We were casually thinking of moving and touring around the neighborhood we were interested in when we found the perfect house. So we contacted the Marley’s and within 2 weeks had our house for sale and an offer in on the one we wanted.
Unfortunately we were rejected on the house we liked because of the contingency on our offer, so we decided to sell our current house first. Our house was really great, but it was located in a bad school district and there were lots of inventory available in the same complex. Needless to say, we were not expecting to sell quickly, and were AMAZED when our house sold in 13 days!!! Given the quantity of available homes, it must have been, at least in part, due to the Marley Magic!
With the quick sale of our home we were able to resubmit an offer on the one we liked without a sale contingency and the offer was accepted! Jen & Stacy were even able to get us in 5 days early so that we didn’t have to move our stuff to temporary storage, but had time for all the payments to clear.
All in all the entire process took less than 45 DAY!!! AMAZING!
Jen & Stacy were a tramendous help throughout the entire process. When issues came up they were quick to address and rectify them. All and all, we couldn’t give them a higher rating, they did an awesome job!

I’ve worked with Jennifer twice now, once to close a house purchase and another time to provide some oversight on a different transaction. In both cases she was very helpful, knowledgeable, and prompt. She puts the effort in to maintain excellent communication throughout the process, and has the experience to offer good guidance through what can be a complicated transaction. She is reliable, too, following through on the things she says she will do. On top of all this, she is enthusiastic and offers a favorable fee structure that can give her client’s an advantage.
