Just went here to look at some furniture. It’s 12pm and a post it note saying «be right back». My money will go elsewhere. Terrible business service.

Nice showroom. The one is Los Gatos is pretty large. They have some cool higher-​end furnishings that are pretty drool-​worthy. Only bought one thing here so far, but if we find ourselves in the market for more outdoor furniture, I’d definitely come back. The sales people are also helpful and knowledgeable about the products they sell.

I had to write a great review for this business not just for the impeccable quality of their Ventana line, but for their service. Chris went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. I am a retuning customer because I have been so happy with the patio set I bought more chairs. You don’t get quality and white glove service like this from Home Depot!

Walked in with my two kids, looked around, and neither of the two guys working there said hello. I assume they are the owners. I was there for a solid 10 minutes looking around. Nothing. They will be out of business soon.

We stopped in while on vacation to check a sale in the store and we were treated so nicely and the merchandise was such good quality we ended up purchasing tow chaise lounges. There were a number of great items so we might have to come back. The service was great and delivery was fantastic!

This is a beautiful store with unique and stylish furniture options. The best thing about it though, has been the customer service. I haven’t experienced service like this in a very long time. My husband and I went in several times and needed a lot help making decisions. Our backyard was under construction, so we were estimating sizes and locations to figure out what we needed. The guys in the store took so much time with us, answered questions, looked up options, and let us move things around the store to try out different combinations. They were amazing.
We had our delivery delayed to try to sync up with completion of our yard. As Murphy’s Law would dictate, the table that we ordered had sold out and we were delivered a floor model which, unfortunately, was flawed. I called up and prepared myself for battle (which is what we consumers seem to need to do these days). Rick answered my call and did the 3 things which every business should do:
1. Took responsibility
2. Apologized
3. Make it right
He made it such an easy and pleasant experience, I was totally thrilled with his response. As I said, the furniture is beautiful and you can feel safe purchasing from this store as they will stand behind their products and you will be satisfied.
