Round Table Pizza

I been coming to this location for years now and they used to be very good but in the past year or so, the quality of 1) food 2) customer service has gone downhill.
I ordered a pizza yesterday and the guy told me 20 – 25 minutes. I go into the store 30 minutes later to pick up my pizza and see the girl just putting my pizza in the oven to bake. I had to wait another 15 minutes till the oven was baked before I could get it. And the location was completely empty with no major orders (I could see in the back, there were no other pizzas being made) so I have no idea why they had to wait 25 minutes to start making my pizza when they told me it would be ready in 25 minutes.
Additionally, when I entered the store, there was only one employee working; she was attempting to make pizzas, take and complete orders and answer calls. She had me wait 9 minutes before she even came to the front to ask me what I was there for.
This location needs some major improvements and I can see from their reviews that others feel the same way.

I used to go to the round table on Campbell avenue, but always found that one busy and they constantly got my order wrong.
When I came here, there was no wait time. Pizzas were made quickly and correctly whether it was for dine in or take out. The employees are very nice.
I will say that this location is more for picking up your order rather than dining in.
Overall, I love this pizza parlor :)

I don’t know what happend, we been coming here for 20-​something years. Last Thursday we order a med pepperoni /​sausage it was about $ 19.00 with the 15% coupon. It was shocking because the taste was so different. I don’t know if they change the sauce or something… we thought we were eating a «little Ceaser» pizza. Very disappointed. I hope they get together, we really do enjoy Round Table.

So, you order an extra large pizza — half with toppings, half just cheese because your kid only likes cheese pizza. And they charge you the price of an extra large pizza with full toppings… even though half of your pizza is just cheese. And you think maybe it’s a mistake, but the dude taking your money tells you nope, that’s just the way it is.
So, you’re being charged for something you didn’t get?
I would say Round Table is stealing from the customer, wouldn’t you?
So much for «the last honest pizza.»

Costumer service is zero! They have bad attitude i would never come back here! Even if i die from hunger

I am one of the biggest fans of Round Table Pizza, which is why it saddens me that the one closest to my home is absolutely terrible in every way. The pizza just doesn’t taste like Round Table’s standards. The store was greasy and dirty the few times I did try it. The employees were not friendly, and a few times, even rude.
My husband and I have a standing joke about how bad this particular RTP is. I can’t stand having a RTP so close and not being able to go there. We have gone back every now and then just in the hopes they made improvements, but no such luck.
This is a great injustice.

This review is only about this particular Round Table location. Don’t get me wrong, I’m generally a big fan of Round Table but last weekend I called in an order (a large ½ pepperoni and ½ cheese). The employee repeated back the order the way I had ordered it, and when my hubby picked up the order, they had made the whole pizza with pepperoni. An honest mistake, sure. But they didn’t offer an apology nor a discount. My husband called home (from the pizza parlor) and told me what happened and asked if I’d like for them to remake it, or what I’d like done. I asked for it to please be remade (since I wanted cheese, not greasy pepperoni residual) and he said that «They don’t look like they want to remake it…» Poor customer service. The cheese pizza tasted nasty with the picked off pepperoni taste… If I’m going to pay $ 20 for a pizza, I would expect more, else I could spend a lot less and get a Take and Bake that wouldn’t have any pepperoni on my side.

This place has been around for over thirty years and it is still the same, as i remember it .When ever I go in, it is kinda slow and sad. I say this because 30 years ago it was very active. Maybe people are more worried about what they eat these day’s.The food is still great ! I am cheap so I always get the specials like the big vinnie. I feel like maybe they want me to spend some more money or leave them a tip but that could just be me.

I’ve been coming to this Roundtable off and on for the last 5 years and overall I give it a B+. First off, the middle aged blonde haired manager has been nothing but a pleasure to see and talk to throughout the years I would name drop but I forgot it). I haven’t seen her as of late so hopefully that doesn’t mean she no longer works there. If she doesn’t then that location has differently lost a great asset. The newer staff get a C+ for their customer service skills. Sometimes I leave there feeling job well done and other days I leave there feeling WTF? My most recent example of this WTF was when for some reason one of their staff added extra pizza sauces to my order, so when I arrived to pick up my order she (the new young lady) read me the list of what I had ordered. I told her to please take off those extra sauces for which I did not ask. She replied «that’s strange, it won’t let me take them off», to which I replied «really?, why don’t we cancel the order and then and start a new one»? She then replied «we can’t do that either.» Once again I replied with a «really, why?». You can see how this was going nowhere. I recommended they use a new computer system that you can actually edit your orders on, unless they never makes any mistakes, except the one they just made on my order. My final complaint with Roundtable in general is that they don’t offer as good of deals as their competitors do. At Papa John’s you can order a large pizza for $ 11 dollars, at Roundtable you’re looking at $ 24 dollars at least. To be honest I do think that Roundtable tastes the best but with everyone watching their money a little closer now it would be nice to see them offer a few more specials to maintain their customer base.

Great pizza. Fast service, but a little pricey. The round table closer to our home always has specials and coupons. Here, I ordered a medium pepperoni (8 slices) and one soda and it came out to $ 20 (well $ 19 and some change really). Nevertheless, the pizza was hot and tasty and I never mind paying for quality!

Honestly, Round Table is the best pizza around, you really can’y go wrong. Iv’e been going to this once since chilldhood, and you can always count on them to be super fast, and super yummy. The ingredients are always fresh, the staff know their loyal customers by name, think CHEERS, only pizza!!! They have a few games for the kids, and crayons and coloring contest’s for the little one’s. They don’t deliver, and pizza is a little pricey, but deff worth the drive and the dough! Haha, dough. Get it… anywhoo. GO EAT!

This is my favorite neighborhood pizza place! Seriously, it’s yummy pizza! The crust is really thin (try skinny crust if you like it even thinner!) and the ingredients are always fresh. The vegetables on the vegetarian pizza are always top notch. I’ve been coming here since I was a wee little student at Marshall Lane and Rolling Hills and it remains my favorite pizza in the area.
It’s annoying that they don’t deliver, but if you live close enough (like I do and probably most of their patrons do), it’s not a big deal.

Wow, this was probably the saddest experience I’ve had with Round Table. I stopped by for lunch on the way back to the office. They definitely offer some good deals for lunch, but the quality and amount of the food is poor. I ordered the salad lunch combo, which comes with 3 bread sticks and a drink. I got a measly handful of salad with old lettuce and the wrong dressing. The bread sticks were not bad. It definitely did not fill me up.
You can do better Round Table!
It wasn’t busy during lunch time either. There were maybe 3 other people. It took approximately 10 minutes for them to prepare my food. This place reminded me of a dive bar. In the back room there were some old arcade games for the kids to play, it was dark inside, and partially bricked walls.
