We have been working with Rhonda Hansen with our first home purchase and she has been awesome. She is professional, on time with every aspect of our purchase process, honest, genuine, and helpful with explaining everything to us clearly even when she had to explain things multiple times as if my fiancé and I were too stupid to understand. I feel that the most important qualities of being an awesome real estate agent are what I have mentioned above, but being patient is on the top of our list, which she has. She was always there for us when we had questions even when she was on vacation with her daughter and returned all our e-​mails, phone text messages, and phone calls right away. I have heard horrible stories from my friends in regards to how unbearable their experience with their real estate agent and I am so happy that we had the pleasure to work with such an awesome real estate agent with so much experience. To give those who are reading this review an idea of what we went through, the seller of our new place is a real estate agent as well as a lawyer, I don’t think I need to go any further. Basically, our first home purchase would of been like purchasing a house from Sauron from the movie, «The Lord of the Rings», but Rhonda came to rescue us from Middle-​earth. She is NOT about the money that she will make, but ALL about the good experience that she provides with anyone’s home purchase, rather it is their first, or second, or even multiple times, she will make anyone’s home purchase from an intolerable experience to just a walk in the park with pretty fairies if you are a man or if you a woman, handsome fairies handing you home made snickerdoodle cookies along the way.
