Mirage Imaging Center

I had to pay out of pocket initially for future reimbursement from insurance for an ultrasound so I called around to different places. Stanford took 2 days to call me back with a quote of $ 2500 for a complete abdominal US and they also were not friendly on the phone. I called here and Stella picked up immediately. She was very friendly and courteous and was able to give me a quote quickly and the quote was $ 150 for out of pocket. I dont understand billing and how there can be such a discrepancy in the same medical imaging but I decided to come here because of price and how friendly and helpful they were.
The building is in an obscure house looking thing, but the inside is beautiful and welcoming. I would definitely come back here again.

Only 5 reviews and all 5-​stars… here comes the 6^th one. Seriously, for a place where the staff does pretty much the same thing over and over they all have a great disposition and offer excellent service. This is what happens when you hire people who love doing what they do. What a pleasant experience from every aspect possible. They got me in the same day as I needed and when I left they handed me a small bag of cookies. Who does that? Not the overpriced hotel I just gave a 2-​star review. They can learn from this place what hospitality is all about — 5 stars and 2 thumbs up

From the friendly front office woman (hi, Stella!) to the great MRI tech (hi, Evie!), they take very good care of you. They got me in the next day for an appt.!! Very professional and caring office. Not to mention it feels like a luxury spa with the décor. I highly recommend this imaging center!

I was very happy with my experience here. I was originally scheduled at another facility, but my insurance company told me several places where the charge would be less. This was one of them. Since I have a large deductible I was willing to drive from Santa Cruz. There is a human that answers their phone and Mary was very friendly and helpful. Mine was the first scan of the day and I arrived just as they were opening. The décor is pretty wild with a mix of many classical styles and kitsch on every counter. They were low on scrubs (I had a pair in my car) and I had to walk through the waiting room to get to the scanner. The tech was very friendly and made sure I was comfortable in the scanner. I had a warm cookie on my way out the door and the best news is that my doctor says the scan quality was very good. Highly recommended

I love this center, it is full of happy and helpful people who listen and try to make things as comftorable as possible for you. and with me being claustophobic it really helped that they took the time before my appt. to make sure that i would be okay. the center itself is gorgeous and really comforts you… I highly recomnd going to this place to get an MRI or ultrasound

I was referred by my doctor to Mirage Imaging Center to receive an MRI. I spent a lot of time on the phone with their receptionist and she was just amazing. I wish I knew her name because I want to write a glowing review about how awesome she is. She called me numerous times throughout the week with different information about the MRI process, questions about my medical history and she was very helpful with my insurance. I ended up not getting an MRI here because the receptionist actually figured out that an MRI was probably not what I needed. My doctor agreed and has decided to go a different route. Anyways, I am just really pleased with the amazing customer service that I received. I think great customer service in the medical field has become somewhat unheard of so I really needed to write this review. Thank you Mirage!

beautiful office with great staff! felt like i was walking into a spa and the service is wonderful! been to other places around here not a fan… but i love this place and its an open mri!
