KFC

Came here for a bucket of chicken apparently they sold-​out going to be 20+ minutes. Dirty grungy place as usual kind of embarrassing it in such a nice town.

So… for all of those that had bad things to say… I’m here to say how great the service I received was!
I with I could remember the young fella that helped me on the phone two nights before thanksgiving when I placed an order «for» thanksgiving, but he was extremely polite and helpful over the phone when I was placing my order and for Frank and the two young ladies that were working on thanksgiving and fixed my order. They all were very nice and I appreciated how polite they were to me. Frank even
carried my order out to the car for me (I had a large order).
So to all… thank you for making my thanksgiving meal and great one!
(I don’t normally have KFC for Thanksgiving, but with a relative in the hospital and several other relatives coming to the hospital to just be together the food was perfect) just try their chicken pot pies, mashed potatoes and coleslaw, yum!

Ben was a real class act tonight taking orders. This guy was super patient with myself as well as another gentlemen who’s attitude was less than pleasant. Tbell should have this guy doing CS training.

this place has been degrading for years, but it is ridiculous now. 17.00 for what was supposed to be a 9 pc chicken strip box, when i got home wich is way up the hill, there were 6pcs and three lil things that didn’t even have chicken in them. the chicken was old and rubbery and just yukky! 17 bucks! really?
the last time i was here a few months ago the chicken was horrible, I used to work down the street and did this lace for lunch every now and then, it was ok then, it sucks now, i will not be back, i’ve had bad experiences the last four times I’ve gone here. everything from old been sitting around all day chicken, to cold potatoes, Even the mac and cheese was cold one time. ENOUGH!

Ordered #6 Chicken Littles combo. The most disgusting thing I’ve ever had from a KFC. Ever. The chicken was chewy and tasted like it was made 6 hours prior, and the «hot dog» miniature buns are a joke and are about three days too old. I couldn’t finish my meal.
I will make sure to tell everyone never to order food here as it is just plain awful. I’m rating it a 2 because they at least had fizzy root beer which is a plus but there was garbage all over the floors and the floors needed a mop badly.

So I will say they were prompt in service, but when I order a Famous potato bowl, two in fact, I should get actual popcorn chicken, not cut up pieces of a chicken tender that tasted a little under cooked. Not happy on that. Plus if I buy one for me, and one for friend, they should be pretty equal. Mine was all potato, little chicken and little gravy. His had no potato, more chicken, and a TON of gravy. Both were also only half full. If they were made at the same time, why can’t the person understand that if they are going to the same customer, you might want to make them look the same. Even shitty, make them look evenly shitty! I mean c’mon now!
I will NEVER go here again.

7.13.2013 I picked up a $ 26.00 eight piece «boneless» chicken b/​c my son likes fried chicken (Popeye’s or KFC).
I tried a piece… The secret recipe is SALT. All you could taste was salt. My kids would not eat the food. I ended up with 5 piece of chicken left and made my kids top ramen.
I don’t know if this is the normal taste or recipe. I am not a fried chicken person. I may try it once in a while.
As someone with a college degree I think it would take sea otter kidneys to digest this food. See when you eat pure salt you kidneys shut down and it’s game over. Sea otters can handle the level of salt they get in oceanic shell fish.
So this chicken was edible if you’re a sea otter or have genetically altered kidneys.
It sucked tossing out most of the food…
Jake the guy working the register was pleasant but the food still was horrible.

DO NOT eat here! Got the game day bucket and the wings were raw! Had to chuck the entire bucket!

The food is fine BUT many, many, many times we have gone there, ordered food to go, driven home (3 – 4 miles) and then found out that some item or another was missing. I try to remember to double check each item before leaving because this happens so often at this store (never had this experience at any other KFC anywhere).
This happened again today and when I called to let them know it rang and rang and then rolled to a fax machine. Really frustrating!
If you have a choice between this KFC and another, don’t go to this one — you may not get everything you pay for. (The parking lot is also very tiny and not a joy, but that is a really minor issue compared to not getting your food.)

Original, special, grilled, i think they forgot crappy on the list. I went there because i had a coupon and I’ve been in kfc in other places in the world and they had good stuff. What is up with the american fast food chains in US. Can they only be good out of the country? The coupon was for a chicken sandwich with a drink. The chicken on the sandwich didn’t even taste like kfc chicken. And the bacon was scary. It was like a piece of cardboard. :(i guess if i want kfc Ever again ill travel 6000 miles. I give it two stars because i like taco bell. But KFC sucks!

TB & KFC what more needs to be said. Damn delicious but you should never eat it. I will on occasion (maybe once every ²⁄₃ months eat me some TB but I can’t remember the last time I had KFC). You think they could serve just a skinless grilled chicken breast with a side of steamed/​grilled (whatever) veggies but no… you can’t eat healthy at a KFC.
It still tastes amazing though (hence the 4 stars).
