Such a charming and cute store! The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I was looking for a dress for a special occasion and two staff members helped me find the perfect dress and perfect wrap to go with it. And best of all, it was all within my price range for a high quality dress that I love! I’ll definitely be back. :-)

Every time I go to this compact women’s store in downtown Los Gatos I find something else that I HAVE to have. The pieces are timeless, most are made in black matte jersey. Jennifer does stock other fabrics and if you find a style you like she will use the fabric you choose to custom make a piece for you. I needed to have a pink dress to match a pink hat and I couldn’t find a dress to match the hat anywhere! Jennifer gave me a tip on a fabric store to check for matching fabric. I was thrilled to find exactly the right color. I brought her the fabric and she had the dress ready in 3 weeks, on time for my event. Prices are reasonable and customer service is very personalized.

This petite dress shop feels like a best friend’s closet. It’s packed with one of a kind dresses and assessories. The designer owns the shop and she has created over 70 silhouette styles. The store is connected to The Maids Quarters which is also a great high end linen and furnishing shop. Both are neat stores to find gifts for a special lady in your life. Worth a visit!

Overpriced! Poor business conduct. I went there to return 2 items(totaling over $ 500). The owner was out sick, and the person covering(I think was her mother) was unable to process the return, but gave me an informal receipt which is not uncommon of small businesses. She told me the owner would call me after she processed the return. I made the mistake of trusting that they would do the right thing. After weeks, then months, no refund to my credit card. I disputed with my credit card company but since the receipt was unofficial and not dated, I had no claim. I tried calling and left messages, but no return call. I do not have the time to keep going down there to see if I can catch the owner when she was working. I decided it was not worth my time. It was my fault for leaving the items without the return being finalized. It was my fault for trusting that the business would be ethical and process the return after they received their items back, without the run-around. But in the end, I think everyone should hold up to a certain business and ethics code, and this business did not impress me as having one.
