I started seeing Jeff in May 2015 after I had tried all the Western medicine fixes for plantar fasciitis. I had had 2 prior cortisone shots that provided minimal relief on one and absolutely nothing on the second shot. I started to research surgery and was depressed as I wasn’t able to any sport activities for quite some time. I avoided walks, hikes, running, etc because of the extreme pain in my foot, leg and hip. I then found Jeff and started seeing him 1 – 2 times per week for 6 months. I then went down to 1 time per week. Now, after 8 months, I can say my foot and leg are feeling great! I also have a bone spur, which, with proper mechanics can go away over time. I am back running and taking hikes and am so happy that I was able to avoid surgery, which doesn’t have guaranteed results by the way. Jeff is awesome and if you have plantar fasciitis, I know he will be able to help fix your body mechanics like he did mine. It is worth the time and effort and my even save you money and healing time if you are considering surgery.

I have been living with chronic aches and pains for 8 yrs. I have tried many different ideas and worked with many people, Physical Therapist, Massage Therapist, Medical Dr., Personal Trainers, acupuncture and they could not give me any permanent results. My neck and hips where constantly soar. They were unstable and hurting from walking. My hips, abs, and lower back are now incredibly stable and I am running bleachers and wake boarding. My traps had over developed and where activated in almost all my movements. My traps are learning to relax and do less and other muscles in my back and abs are doing their jobs. My posture looks great and I have more energy because my body isn’t working against itself. I would like to mention three additional things. One it has taken 7 months to get to this point. Two it can be painful and hard, but only for short periods of time. Three in the same 7 months I worked with a Gonstead Chiropractor and feel like I needed both Jeff and the chiropractor to become pain free. As I have become stable I don’t see the chiro very often, but I continue with Jeff twice a week.

I met Jeff and knew right away that he could help me. First, he fixed my golf swing via golf biomechanics training, and he is now working on my body alignment issues. We are getting some amazing results! For example, my left hip was 3 degrees higher than my right hip. With targeted exercise and body work, my hips are level. Jeff is not into temporary fixes — his goal is lasting positive change.

My mom just turned 76 and has suffered from her scoliosis(quite noticeably) in the past 10 years. Her right lower back muscles were over developed and she walked bent over at the hip(about 45 degrees). From the back you can see her left side is lower than her right by about two degrees. More recently, she was unable to use her left leg — she could not go up or down a step(not even a low-riser) if she was leading with it and was experiencing quite a bit of pain in her hip and knee. Enter Jeff. Within the first two weeks(about 4 workouts) there was an incredible difference. Her pain went away almost immediately. She regained strength in her left leg in those two weeks. She can now not only climb a regular step but the almost«double-rise» steps on her porch. She walks straighter both laterally and vertically. The combination of Jeff’s massage and exercise continues to be the key to her rehabilitation. I never thought I would see my mom walk straighter(like 15 years ago straight) again. More importantly, I never thought she would be out of pain. Jeff’s workouts are tough. BUT, more importantly they are done correctly. How often do you reach for something or go to pick something up and because you’re in a hurry or lazy or weaker than you think you pick it up wrong and«ouch!» you’re in pain? Jeff teaches your body how to move correctly. Beyond core-strength, he retrains your muscles to move in their proper form. «Wakes up» and strengthens the correct muscles to do the work which equals = NOPAIN. My mom has regained muscle and has changed the shape of her body to be more youthful and lifted.
