I had no need for a realtor for so many years I didn’t know where to begin, there were so many out there, my porch was always littered with magnets, notepads and pamphlets so I started there but was not impressed. Lived in my blossom valley home since the 80’s, but was time to move on but I was nervous about the whole ordeal. Then I met David through my daughters softball team, found out he was a realtor and after a short talk felt he could be the best choice to list my house with, he was very good at explaining everything to me, what to expect, what not to expect etc. I was not sorry, it went very smoothly, always felt I was in good hands with a professional and given solid guidance to make it work out in my time frame. I think he likes what he does so he does it well, so you feel like someone is as interested in your major transaction as you obviously are. Last year my wife and I were looking to buy our first home but were not sure if we would qualify, David set us up with an amazing lender that took care of us like we were the only client. During the qualifying time David started working for us in the same manner we were amazed with the attention we were receiving. we had been looking for homes on our own for a month with nothing that was appealing to us. He took the information that we gave him and started looking for the perfect home for us and the kids. after about a week he found us the perfect most beautiful home we could imagine in the price range we wanted. We offered on the home immediately and then went home super excited. we drove by the place 10 times in 3 days and David even took us in 4 of those times. Needless to say David went above and beyond to satisfy our excitement, and we have not even had the offer accepted yet. every day that David called us we were hoping to hear that we got the house but for the first 3 days he was just letting us know that he had been in contact with the seller. BUT THEN CAME DAY 4 when he called us that day he said the we got the house, you can imagine how happy we were. David and his team were able to get us through the home buying process very quick, we had our key in just over 3 weeks.
