Great start to my morning because of one of the most cheerful baristas I’ve met and believe me, I’ve met a lot of them. I come to this location a lot. Sometimes the service is slow, sometimes they are out of certain breakfast foods. However, I feel that if you have someone who can make the customers smile and forget that they just waited in the longest line ever, you deserve a good rating. Emily, you made my morning!

Awful experience. it took almost 10 minutes to have someone open a cello package of a scone and put it in a bag… as for the coffee we were traveling and there was no local brew near the freeway. In fact the person before me and after me received theiri custom coffee’s before I got my scone:( Will NOT be back…

I go pretty frequently to this location and everyone is always nice. I live on the other side of town and I go out of my way just to go to this store even though I have one near me that’s closer. I think it’s Jenell who I always I see there. She is so helpful and nice and always have a smile on her face I don’t know if she’s in charge or the manager or something but she always seems like she’s the person to go to if I have a problem which i never do also there’s a few other ppl I talk to there I think it’s Colecee and lisa. Their always nice when I see them, Lisa is a crack up I like talking to her. Anyways I love this store. I’m definitely a fan.

I find myself going through the central valley. Going through town glad to have drive through caffeine. Black tea lemonade makes a good road companion. Drive through is on the back and maybe not apparent. Quick and friendly service to boot. 3.5 stars

Staff is always wonderful! Drinks always made perfect. The yogurt I love must sell out quickly as they dont have the raspberry with lemon sometimes. Need to order more.

I visit this location on a regular basis since it’s near to my home and I consistently have problems here. Usually the service is very slow and they constantly screw up my order. Just today I was charged for my order, then someone else tried to charge me for a different order, and they were totally confused about what I was supposed to have. Then after I arrived home I found that the breakfast sandwich they gave me had no egg on it. I drove back to get another one but the line was around the block. This seems to be a typically experience here. It was good is the past but but over the last year it’s been steadily declining. I wonder if there’s new management or a totally new crew? Either way you’re better off driving to the one on the other side of town.

Never thought I’d say I went to a Starbucks with terrible service but I found one. It’s not even that they had terrible service… there was no service at all. We walked in and there were at least 3 girls making drinks and for a good five minutes no one said anything to us. Finally a guy walked out and saw us and started to help us but halfway thru us paying he went to refill the guys drink who was standing in line behind us. This store needs to work on their customer service skills. Way to go guys n gals. Way to go.

All bad. This place seems incapable of handling a busy rush, which seems weird since it’s the first coffee shop for miles. Waited forever in line, which was fine. Then waited forever for drinks, which was expected. While waiting I went into the bathroom and it was completely disgusting; I honestly would’ve been better off going at a gas station. Finally got the drinks that we waited for and both were wrong. Didn’t want to wait another 30 minutes to get them fixed so we left. Not really even a «sorry.» Next time I’ll wait and go to a different store.

On our way to the Bay Area for Thanksgiving and needed a pit stop and a pick-me-up. Two negatives and a positive. Negatives: 1) the people in front of me took forever, not totally Starbucks fault, but they could’ve opened the other register, not a huge deal. 2) when I did get served, the barista was coughing up a storm and proceeded to hack up a lung while she prepared my and my wife’s drink. I asked for it to be remade by someone else, and it was. But then I guess she was done with her shift and ordered her own drink and continued to cough and hack near the milk/sugar area where I was prepping my own. Ew! Positive: lovely barista named Jess remade the possibly infected drink as well as offered to do a pour-over(not all offer that).

There’s not a bunch of Bux in this neck of the woods. There were a few false leads as well on google. But Unilocal lead us to this one! It’s not very busy and sorta messy inside with wrappers strewn on the floor. Hmmmm that was off putting to me. Since The Bux is almost like a sanctuary. But I dislike and couldn’t call it one when it’s not very well kept. It’s a small space for goodness sakes! The barrista that helped us acted like she checked out hours ago before we even got there. And we’re the ones that just backpacked! Hello! Drink some of your java to perk up!
