We needed them in Stockton for a rehearsal dinner we held in a home we rented. Enio and Maritza are wonderful with food but they are also easy to work with and fun, accommodating chefs while cooking in your home. We could not have asked for better food or better service. When they left, except for the delicious leftovers that they boxed up and put in the frig you would not have known that they had been there. I’m trying to think of when I can hire them again.
