Terrible service. Scheduled an estimate over a week in advance; I called the day before to confirm, the morning of (7:45am) they called to change appointment time to 8:30 rather than 10am. I couldn’t make it at that time so we kept the 10am appointment, but at 9:11am they called to reschedule for 4:30pm. Sat around waiting for hours and no one ever showed up nor have they returned my calls since. Possible $ 50,000 job and they act this way… what a shame, I’ll take my business else where.
