So not only is Dr. Murrell right on the money when it comes to diagnosis and the best treatment but he also has a fantastic bedside manner. He listens, he makes you feel at ease and genuinely cares about each patient.
I had seen multiple Drs. about a condition and unfortunately had a misdiagnosis and terrible surgery from another surgeon. Dr. Murrell was the only Dr. to get it right from the start and is helping fix the complications I suffered from a that surgery. It’s so important to get the best surgeon, that’s Dr. Murrell.
Being an expert in one’s medical field is half the equation. Taking the time to fully listen to and understand each patient’s issue is equally critical. Somehow, Dr. Murrell has an amazing talent for both.

Dr. Murrell is my MIRACLE DOCTOR. I thank God the day that Dr. Lewis Wyatt referred me to him. He saved my life and gave me back a quality of life that I could live happy. The only way I could possibly pay him back would be to continue to be good to other people by being the best person that I can be and to wake up each morning and thank God to be alive another day. I am a little embarrassed to admit that I saw a colorectal specialist, but… here we go.
I first met Zuri and his crew on a cold winter night. I have been fighting with a certain condition for years, and have taken more over the counter drugs for it than I can count. None of them worked.
When I was introduced to Dr. Murrell, I was happily surprised by his professionalism and ability to explain the unexplainable. His bedside manner was impeccable and not once did I feel as if I was being judged. Moreover, I felt like I was chatting with an old friend who really wanted to help me.
He made me feel like myself again. In a colorectal sense I am fully functional after I had been fighting with this issue for years. I have already recommended him to some of my friends and will continue to do so! 5 stars!
