«What a crowd» I thought to myself as I wonder over to this crowded mini taco truck/​trailer awesomely decked out with custom murals that would make any Narco proud. Of course my usual «tres de asada» por favor!” In Spain’s and Almost In a forceful manner to show i mean business, after all this is east LA and still not gentrified. No stupid beards here son. The tortilla was soft, moist/​greasy and pliable. The meat was seasoned, cut up just the right size (beware chopped asada) and juicy. Plenty of meat and only… Wait for it $ 1.

New Taco Truck in town, They grill their meat over an actual fire grill!
The apaztor (their spelling, get it?) is awesome and their asada is spot on.
They said they are there from 7PM to 1 AM Wednesday to Sunday.
Assortment of salsas and condiments (pickled purple onions are one you don’t see in the other trucks down the street).
This is my new go to truck for that Taco/​burrito/​mulita craving.
