This place has definitely been better this year. And I heard all the employees from last year were replaced. The service is great! Most of them were very helpful and helped me with a smile on their faces.
I thought at first that leather was all they had. But they also have coats, synthetic leather, down jackets, and luggages. I find their selection of man-​bags to be excellent. They also carry popular name-​brands such as Guess, Calvin Klein and Kenneth Cole.
Early bird specials are such a bargain so look out for their advertisements! It could be 10 or 20% more on top of already low (up to 70% off) prices.
My wife so far has already gotten 2 jackets, 1 bag, and 5 belts (for presents) over the past month.

found a jacket my wife was interested in, since their was no sign with price on the rack, nor a tag on the actual jacket I proceeded to ask a sales associate what was the price for the jacket. She said it was 39.99, asked her a second time, she said everything on that rack was 39.99. I was surprised at the price and decided to take it. When I get to the register to pay for the jacket the manager Monica said it was 159.99! I was like wtf!!! How is that possible your sales associate told me it it was 39.99, her excuse was the sales associate was new, I’m sorry but that doesn’t justify your mistake not mine, she works for your company. Monica the manager was not helpful at all, she was rude about the situation. Jamal was the most helpful person in that store, great attitude, great customer service in his part. I appreciate Jamal’s help but unfortunately because of the incident and the way it was handle I will not be going back to that store and will be letting people know my bad experience at their store.

Bought a Nine West purse from this location in March and took it on vacation. In less than a week, the strap ripped. Put it in a bag to be returned with the receipt and brought it back this weekend. They didn’t have a bag to replace it with but Alejandra took it upon herself to go above and beyond the call of duty. Instead of just offering to refund the bag to me, she searched online to see if any other location had a bag. The first location couldn’t locate the bag so she called the second one. She graciously refunded the bag to me on a gift card and then used the gift card to purchase the new bag and have it shipped to me from a different location. She even spent time on the phone walking the associate on the other end through the process. Then she emailed me with all of the contact information to make sure that I had confirmation of my purchase. So sweet! Thank you Alejandra, and Jennifer in Tulare, for making sure that I get the Nine West bag that I love!

The best customer service ever hands down. Margie was super personable, helpful, and my wife and daughter even loved her. More Wilson employees need to be like her. You have another faithful customer in me due to today’s visit!

I have bought jackets and bags from this location numerous times. I will not be going back There prices are marked wrong and their sales people are rude

Came in here yesterday with my friend and he was conned into buying a jacket which turned out to be pleather. They get you because it smells like real leather. And on top of that we bought their leather spray… Why do you need leather spray for PLEATHER. Very shady. They really should be renamed Wilson’s Pleather, because nearly everything in there is pleather.

Sales ladies were helpful, and I was able to find the distressed leather jacket that I came here for.
What put it over the top for me was when it rang up as $ 86 when I was expecting to pay $ 250. Always a nice surprise.

I normally only purchase their clearance items the rest of the stuff doesn’t feel quite like outlet prices.

For some, the smell of chocolate in a mall will stop them in their tracks and then re-​route them into the store to partake in a sweet treat. Whenever I pass a leather store, a similar thing happens to me. Breathe in… Ah, leather =) … and I enter the store in my very own state of euphoria. It happens every time.
I had been wearing a black leather coat I bought from Target’s Mossimo line for a number of years and it had begun to show it’s age. That’s fine for casual wear, but not to wear in a business setting. It was time to buy a new leather coat and I chose Wilson’s Leather Outlet in The Citadel to shop at. I went one day after work and enjoyed every minute of it.
Usually, I shop like a guy when I’m out by myself. No need to linger, just find my prey, kill it with a credit card, bag it and go along my merry way. But at Wilson’s Leather with the scent of the merchandise bouncing around in my head, I’m like a kid in a candy store. I went through every single rack of coats for women. I went through all of the purses and I wasn’t even there to buy a purse. I even went through all of the small leather goods just to smell that leather scent a little longer.
I found a lovely black leather coat for $ 99 and also bought a luggage bungee to secure a second bag to a wheeled computer bag. Happy happy!
