White Memorial Medical Center, Matthew Chong, Orthopedic Surgeon

This review is based only on Dr. Chong! I previously read he was a great Orthopedic Specialist so I was looking forward to the appointment. The office was very nice and clean, modern. He’s very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, smart and a great doctor! After x-​rays, the doc showed them to me & He gave me some good advice and it was well worth the drive to East LA to see Dr. Chong! BTW the x ray technicians staff both the male and female that took my x rays were very friendly! I just think, he should get a better front office staff, because on previous calls they give off a bad impression of the doc which almost made me not want to meet the doctor but I’m glad I did not judge him based his staff. In addition the lady who answers phones is very forgetful and keeps you on hold forever!!! Thank you Dr. Chong!
