Most importantly, I’ve been waiting 3 weeks for a return call from no less than 5 of my voice-​mails with the scheduling department for a routine lower back MRI. I’m currently on hold with them AGAIN. They are holding up the entire process and prolonging my back pain.
Their x-​ray department isn’t much better. I walked into a zoo-​like waiting room a few weeks ago, waited well over an hour, and was then x-​rayed like cattle.
