Great name, but that’s it. Sadly, it holds the opportunity to be at the frontier of U.S. based manufacturing but instead totally and completely undermines and even goes back on all the coveted ideals one expects from domestic manufacturing.
Let me provide you a real service, before you even think about contacting or inquiring about theirs. I aim to save and prevent people from losing the time and money that I’ve lost or am currently fighting to reclaim in a matter of minutes rather than months.
This is not the U.S. manufacturing that you are looking for. The owner Noah will take advantage of a client at every single turn.
Lack of transparency — Noah did not inform me as the client that the company was splitting up amidst my project with crucial services and internal service providers apparently disbanding that were essential to continue or even complete my project– and at the coincidental and convenient timing of making and committing to a full deposit with him.
Deliberate deceit and misinformation — Upon discovering the dissolving of the company/​CMT services advertised and paid for, I confronted Noah in-​person for which he denied everything I was told by the other owner that had left USA Sewing Factory, completely and deliberately lying to my face. The fallout of services and operation became very apparent.

Initially project was quoted at 50%+ more than other service provider. Later, after complaints project was lowered, however was ultimately deemed to be 40%+ more than other service provider.
The owners of this company have split ways, one of which is the pattern maker. There is seemingly no longer an immediate pattern maker or pattern services with this company although it is advertised as such. The pattern maker’s company, Unlimited Design Services is completely separate from this company. Although both companies operate in the same building, location, and address, do not confuse any part of this review with Unlimited Design Services.
