Under new management. Best tutti Frutti in town!!! Great customer service. And all the machines work! The previous owner did not take care of it and now it has been taken care of!

The yogurt here tastes horrible. It’s nothing like a tutti frutti. Everything has that distinct artificial flavor and the machines are always broken. Most of them leak and they don’t look very well maintained or clean.

They have cockroaches in their yogurt do not come here. I usually come to this tutti frutti. I came yesterday with my brother and i have to say it is the last time i am coming here. First of all half of their machines weren’t working only had a few flavors to choose from. Then as i sat there with my brother eating my yogurt i look down and saw a cockroach in my yogurt. Idk if was in the yogurt or in the toppings but as soon as i saw it i went to the lady that works there and told her. She looked down saw it and she grabbed the cup of yogurt off my hands threw it in the trash and said to get another one(with attitude). Yeah right!!! I told her i didnt want another one so all she did was say ok and just stood there. She didnt even bother to check the toppings or tell the other worker about it she just stood there. Do not go here! I posted up a picture of the roach please go look at it. Idk how this place has an A.

Every time I come in here, which is not often at all, the A/C isn’t working, and only 3 machines are running properly. It’s so annoying! My first time, I gave the cashier 21.15 even though my total was 11.15 he then proceeded to look at me like if I was an idiot, and very rudely said«you’re not listening it’s only 11.15» I decided to bite my tongue, I was trying to make his life easier that way he would only give me 10 back, and not a bunch of change. It’s important, as a cashier, to know your math. I’m just saying.

This was my first time trying Tutti Frutti. I have to say that while I am still a hardcore fan of yogurtland, this place comes pretty close in terms of flavor selection, toppings and means of charging – by that I mean they charge by weight and not by size. I came here on a random weekday, so there weren’t any lines. I do enjoy the fact that they have 2 TVs inside the shop, so it would be a perfect hang out spot for friends. I did notice that the yogurt was a bit chalky in texture, but it was still tasty! I got taro frozen yogurt with nuts, Mochi and white chocolate chips. I look forward to going back :)

I was disappointed. Their flavors were blah, I tried mango and it sucked. I also tried cookies and cream flavor and it sucked I just went to go get a slurpee at 7eleven. I might come back again and see if their flavors have gotten better.

This place sells crepes, yogurt ice cream, oatmeal breakfasts and smoothies. What else can you want? And it’s cheap.

I love frozen yogurt and I love Tutti Frutti, but this is by far the worse Tutti Frutti location I’ve been to. Parking — I would say there is ample parking, but the customers of the laundromat take up two parking spots! So there is hardly any parking. When I walked in, there weren’t any customers inside. I greeted the worker, who was daydreaming. I was disappointed that out of 10 yogurt stations, there were only 5 flavors. The frozen yogurt itself is completely watered down compared to other Tutti Frutti locations. As I was helping myself, several kids came in from the laundromat next door and helped themselves to sample cups and just made themselves free large servings and just walked out. The worker didn’t say anything to them. When I had my frozen yogurt weighed in, the price was $ 10.40 for one cup! Are you kidding me?! For watered down frozen yogurt? I didn’t even get that much. I guess they have to make up for the excessive free yogurt that they’re just giving away. I will definitely not be returning here.

Great flavors and fresh toppings. My only complaint is that they only had one size. They only had largest size for cups. This encourages you to add more yogurt and toppings and you end up spending more. I spent 16.92 for two yogurts.

Bad review because of the service. The workers were on their phones in the back and they took their time coming out to help despite the constant«excuse mes». They were making faces of annoyance at the fact that they had to come out. They had good flavors and good choice of topping. Coming back for the yogurt but the service was bad.

4 stars for the fresh fruit and yogurt. Didn’t try the crepes this time around… Would have given 5 stars if they had a better surrounding. Eating yogurt while watching people back up their dirty laundry to the sidewalk isn’t really that refreshing… Next time we will get it to go!

Finally this shopping center has a frozen yogurt place! It has been a sketchy/semi-ghetto shopping center for years. Then recently they added the AMAZING WaBa Grill After I had my first meal there, I said, «Now all this parking lot needs is a frozen yogurt shop.» And it’s like the magic Unilocal Fairies heard my request and *poof* now there is one! I know they say, «Be careful what you wish for… you might just get it.» I apologize everyone, maybe I should have requested a specific one by name. Well, beggars can’t be choosers(Yep — that’s 2 cliches in 1 review — thank you very much!) Maybe I’ll wish for an indoor skydiving place next! Anyway– back to Tutti Frutti. It’s similar to most of the other frozen yogurt places. You pay by the pound… uh, I mean by the ounce. It’s brand new, so I expect the place to be spotless and to have a «fresh» vibe. I didn’t need any help(aside from paying), so I can’t really comment on the customer service(which seems to be consistently bad at other Tutti Frutti locations). I’m going to let this intro review sit for a while. Then after a few more visits, I’ll update with more specifics.
