TBH I purchased a bottle of sparkling water here and I opened it at the counter and it spilled all over me. TBH the man at the counter said, «This happens all the time.» I wouldn’t mind if he hadn’t of said that — but being that as it may — if it is prone to happening all the time I would think to suggest on the label a warning about opening the bottle of seltzer with caution. But however I do love the chocolate covered peppermint joe joe’s !

This is my regular TJs. The parking can be rough but that’s all TJs so I don’t know what anyone is expecting. Also, like other TJs you just have to learn the lay of the land. Once you know where stuff is, it’s easy. This one is average sized. Keep in mind this is a massively orthodox area so Friday night through Saturday nights are the least busy time to shop. Friday evening before I go home, it’s a breeze through there to stock up on my weekend needs. Also, the staff is one of the best. Really nice helpful people.

This is seriously the worst Trader Joe’s I have been to. The parking is horrendous, and the lines are usually long and move slowly. I have an easy time if I go in the middle of a random day in the week, however that’s challenging to do due to working. Go to the one in Hollywood instead! It’s a dream!

So if you come on a day that is not Sunday or Monday this Trader Joe’s is great. I came in earlier today(1÷3÷15) and it was awful! The entire store is crowded and it is really hard to get around. The parking lot is also a pain in the ass, it’s tiny and people tend to park really close making it hard to get in and out. Other than that the store usually has everything I’m looking for and everyone working is friendly.

12.12.15 Saturday visit Dano(I think that is his name), the security guy in the parking area was very helpful. He let me know someone was coming out of their parking spot, and guided them out, as well as took our cart when we were about to put it away. The other security guy, when I was there maybe 6 – 9 months ago, was the opposite. When I tried to park, he yelled at me because he wanted to walk through first. I didn’t know he was trying to walk pass. His rude reaction took me by surprise. The guy serving samples was very nice and helpful; He realized they were out of an item I wanted so he suggested an alternate.

Fairly spacious TJ with friendly staff and fast lines. –1 star for parking, there is a lot which is free for 1 hr with validation, but it’s cramped, and easy to back into another car.

I always judge a Trader Joe’s by their parking lot. This location has two different lots so you don’t have to be stuck in all that crazy congestion. The layout of the store serve its purpose, but the checkout counters are quite confusing because instead of standing in front of the register when making your purchases you might be trying to go behind the register. Hahaha. The store always seems stocked when I go and the employees are always friendly.

This is the TJ closest to my place so I go there a lot. The staff is friendly but the place is small and get crowded all the time. If you have the option go to the one on 3rd and Fairfax.

This location is conveniently located near my favorite Ralph’s so I can go to both in one trip. The store is well maintained and clean and they carry the standard Trader Joe’s fare in good quantities. The sales associates are always friendly and helpful. My only complaint would be the parking lot. I am grateful for the free parking but I am always concerned that I will die in a horrible collision in the parking lot. There is very little room for cars to maneuver(especially the huge SUVs) and on several occasions I have seen 2 cars backing into each other. So my advice is to either park somewhere else and walk or be extremely aware of your surrounding as you maneuver your car through the parking lot.

I’ve been coming to this Trader Joe’s for about 3yrs now and I love it! It always crowded, but it’s still nice to shop here. They are never out of stock and the customer service is always great. Parking is a little tight but you can park in the other parking lot. USETHEBACKPARKINGLOT! SAVEYOURSELF A HEADACHE! LOL What I love the most is that I can eat healthy for a better price and not feel like I’ve been ROBBED!

Although often very crowded, it is well managed and the employees are helpful. I would say this is a very good location to find your TJ essentials. Warning: check your receipt! I was erroneously charged $ 47 for a CRV tax, even though I did not purchase a single recyclable good.

I love TJ!!! Great quality food at low prices. What’s there not to like? This Trader Joe’s is smaller than the one across the street from The Grove. My favorite things to buy here are: their prepackaged harvest salads, dried mangos, coconut water, instant oatmeal, and pretty much everything else in the store. If I didn’t have a Ralph’s across the street from me, I would only go to TJs for my groceries!

I used to shop at Trader Joe’s in Virginia, and this location isn’t as good as what I was used to. It’s still TJ’s though, so they have high quality food that’s decently affordable. However, this location is small and has less variety of products. On top of that, parking is a pain here. They have security aiding drivers and telling them where to park, but you still have to wait a little until the next shopper comes out of the store and drives out. Given that I had to drive 25 minutes to get here(this was the closest TJ’s location…), I wasn’t too impressed.

I love trader joes! What is not to like about the great products and food items trader joes has with awesome prices?! For this particular location, I would recommend not parking in the small parking lot.(It’s so hard to park and get out of!) I actually park at the Ralph’s parking lot first since I do shopping at both Ralph’s and traders. After I finish my shopping at Ralph’s, I just cross over the street to TJ and do my shopping there. See?! You can kill two birds with one stone! This particular location has decent customer service as usual, but sometimes I do run into slightly rude, overworked employees. But overall, I’ll let that slide because this place is usually consistent in quality and customer service. Make sure to grab your own bag at home. You can save a few cents that way and help the environment more if you are into that :).

This is the closest tj’s from downtown so I’m here more than I should be — it’s convenient and affordable. The parking lot sitch however, is NOT convenient — enter thru back lot parking. Any veteran shopper of tj’s would know to shop during specific hours which creates a seamless experience at this party of a market. Suggested hours to shop: fri nights! They close at 10pm, so hit the store an hour before during the weekday and you’ll be outta there without having to worry about grabbing the last bag of white cheddar corn puffs! One of my favorite items to purchase here is h2o, their 12 pack of 1.5 liter bottles for about $ 6 is the best value a thirsty girl can ask for. There was only one instance when they were out of stock completely, so if you’re going to buy these water cases in bulk, call ahead and they’ll have no issue reserving a few boxes for you. Don’t forget your reusable bags~ ** review for Silverlake Trader Joes

Been here twice in the last week and can’t really complain about much, they have a good amount of stuff for a smaller location and most of what they carry is organic, not that I normally buy organic but comparing the prices, its not much more so I guess I am buying organic now. I recently came in and needed help and although I knew the person was busy(Didn’t get a name) she was very helpful and took her time to show me what I needed and ask someone else for a product we could not find, since she took that extra time to not only look but ask something else I really appreciated that since It was something I really wanted to buy but they were simply not carrying it currently. Overall great little store, just a very busy location. But key is use the back parking lot to avoid all the traffic with parking and getting in and out.

I love Trader Joe’s and this one I go to all the time. Although it is on the small size, it has always had what I needed. Sunday night or Monday mornings are an exception, but that is typical of all Trader Joe’s I have shopped. I do not like the parking. I always find a spot in the second lot, but it is a dangerous place to traverse. The risk of accident is high in either lot. It is also difficult to just get into one of the lots, due to the neighborhood.

Moulding basil. Terrible customer service, when I went to return they didn’t care about what’s wrong with their product and didn’t bother to pretend or say a fake sorry.

2nd review: so my mom tried yogurt covered pretzel for the first time a few days ago and she wanted a whole bag for herself. I haven’t bought them in a while but I went to Ralphs, Walmart, Target and no luck. Who knew finding these tasty treats could be so difficult! I went to Whole Foods and it was about 7 bucks a pound! Why so expensive?! Trader joes to the rescue… came here and grabbed a bag for under 3.50.
