The lady who was helping me was really nice. She speaks some English. They do a pretty good job at cleaning my suit, dresses and wool coat. Prices seemed reasonable. I think they were about $ 8 – 10 for a dress/coat. Just have to find a meter out front for parking.

I am a pretty forgiving person. It takes a lot for me to reach the point where I decide to never go to an establishment and I have reached it here. I have been going here for almost a year and have had a number of issues: 1) They lost the belt on a dress. It was not a loose belt through a couple loops — it passes through long tunnels(?) of fabric like a drawstring. Point is, it doesn’t fall out/off easily. They eventually found it, so I let it go. 2) When said belt was eventually found, the metal buckle was dented. I figured it was accidental — although I began to carefully take out this belt whenever I took this dress in for cleaning. 3) They broke the snap on a dress. They were willing to fix it for free, so I gave them another pass. 4) When they fixed this broken snap, the replaced part did not fit/snap into the part that was still there. They did not even try out what they were putting in! When I returned the dress, they fixed this for free. 5) I have picked up a black dress with whitish stuff on it, but it came off on second cleaning. 6) My most recent grievance, which became the proverbial straw that broke the camel’s back, is that they stained my lovely J. Mendel white blouse. I noticed the stain(which wasn’t there before) the second I picked up the top — it’s a layered front top and the black(ink? dye?) stain was on the inner layer. They insist that the stain was there when I brought the top in, but it wasn’t. I wasn’t asking for a refund nor was I expecting them to replace/pay for the top. I have nothing to gain by lying about the stain being new. How I would get a stain on an inner layer but not the top layer(all without ever noticing it even when I looked through it to mark where they should clean specially) I have no idea. I like that they are cheap, nice and willing to fix their mistakes, but from my dealings with them, it is clear that they are not careful. They make way too many mistakes. I had already decided not to take any really nice or irreplaceable garments to them again but after that last problem with the white shirt, I’m just going to take my business elsewhere altogether.

Found several damaged shirts after picking up recently. I want to support this business because the owner, Peter, is a nice guy, but I can’t trust anymore.

I love this place. I used to hate going to the dry cleaners because of the costs, but since I’ve found this place, I have been dry cleaning my wool sweaters and silk blouses more regularly. They’ve been amazing at getting tough stains out of delicate fabrics. Before throwing anything away, bring it here first!

love these people! they’re so nice. the prices are fair and most importantly they’ve NEVER burned any of my clothes. i had a suede jacket and the pockets were torn on the edges and this super cool lady stitched em up as a surprise for free! another time i had a white dress shirt with a bunch of ink on it and i told the lady if you cant get it out just toss the shirt, its cool i understand some stains just dont come out. when i come pick up my clothes the lady hands me my white shirt, dude she was beaming with pride. it was spotless! she looked at me wiped her brow jokingly and said it was tough but i got it out haha these people are so awesome!

Just like their service, I’ll keep this review quick, simple and straight to the point .It only costs $ 1.50 to get my dress shirt dry cleaned. A small price to pay so I can look fly on the reg. They only take cash so make sure you got some ins before you pick up your items. Parking meters in the front.

This place is definitely a no frills place. They are so nice and I have never had a problem with my clothes. They always come back clean and properly pressed. I try to go to an environmentally friendly cleaner but it costs a fortune and I don’t have that kind of money. Total Dry Clean Com is a great neighborhood place I can walk to. What keeps me coming back is their great service and friendliness. I’m so happy I found them. The prices are really great too. I put in a few shirts and a dress and the total came out to be somewhere around $ 10 or so.
