Horrible experience with this business! I called this morning to ask if they could repair a vintage wine glass that had a broken stem. After describing the break to the person on the phone, they assured me that it wouldn’t be any problem to repair. So I drove 45 minutes in L.A. traffic to get to their location, which is not in a very nice area of town. When I arrived, I was told «we don’t fix that.» I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. I had called in advance and was assured that they would at least try to fix it, but the man at the counter refused to even consider it. I was so angry. What a waste of time and gas. I definitely would NOT recommend this business!

Very easy experience!
Went for a custom piece of glass for a coffee table top. It was done within 30 minutes exactly to order and only cost around $ 46 (originally $ 38-​ish but we asked for rounded corners, which cost $ 2 extra each). Fast and friendly.
The only thing I would have liked a little more was for it to come in some cardboard or something to keep it from getting scratched on the way home (even just around the corners would have been nice). I’m sure if we would have asked for it we would have gotten it though!
Oh– and this was the only store in the area open on a Saturday!
Will definitely be back.

I’ve been dealing with this business for over ten years. And so, far Tony has never let me down! From school projects to genuine skylight glass; his measurements are right on the money! The «hood» has a lot to offer; once you know where the good stuff is at! And besides, I had to out source Home Depot, since they no longer cut glass to size. Forget the rest; Tony is the best!
